My husband ordered pizzas and breadsticks for pickup online at 2:00pm for pickup at 6:00. Got there at 6:15 to pick up the food... and the young kid was rude and said none of it was made. The man behind me was waiting an hour past his pick up time. When weboth asked for a refund he was rude about getting the manager. This has happened almost every time we have done a pickup. Read more
I ordered a old world fanceroni pepperoni pizza for 9.99. That's not what I got. This place is pathetic!!!
Stopped off the hwy for overnight here. Decided to try to order a pizza. I started calling at 8:40PM. No one answered. So I... drove there and they were still open, but when I got inside at 8:50PM the guy said "bro I don't have no more pizzas we're aboutto close". Either you're open FOR BUSINESS until 9pm AS POSTED (false advertising) or you're not! Businesses like this disgustme. Read more
I ordered pizza online at 7:40pm. The manager from Little Caesars texted me and asked how long will it take for us to get there... bc they are closed. I texted back and said my husband was on his way, about 7 minutes. The manager texted back "Ok". My husbandgot there at 8:10pm, the manager said they didn't make the pizzas because they close at 8:00pm which their website says 9:00pmclosing as advertised. Reminder that the manager had texted me about my pizzas and NEVER said she needed to cancel my order. Shesupposedly said she will refund my money but I'll find out in 3 days. She didn't give my husband a receipt for a refund. Andyes, you do get receipts for refunds. I get them in email form or paper at Walmart, Amazon, Verizon, etc. She was extremely rudeand kicked my husband out when he asked for a refund receipt. She cussed at my husband in front of my 8-year-old daughter whichis actually against the law in GA and cost a fine up to $1000.00. Ordered online in advance for several pizzas. Order went through online fine. Went to go pick up the pizzas and the store was... closed. Lights off. Doors locked. Yet they took the money out of our account the following day. When you call they don't answerthe phone. I disputed the charge with our bank and they informed me unfortunately this is not the 1st dispute they've done withthis place lately. Read more
Ordered online. They called me back quickly and said they didn?t have what I ordered. I asked to have my order (already charged)... refunded to my card. Girl said she would call me right back. No return call!! Called them back and only got the their answeringmachine, Left two messages and still not response! They owe me $25 and they won?t even acknowledge me. If I could give you a 0 I would. Very unorganized and understaffed. Blew us off when asking a question. App said pizza was ready... and in the portal. The name was on the portal but the portal was empty. Watched them drop a pizza box with a pizza in it andnervously picked it up and flipped the box over and put the pizza in the portal. In all actuality needs to have negative scores.Employee had a major meltdown in front of customers too. Read more
I have gone 4-5 times to get the Hot & Ready pizza - never have they actually had any available. Nor do they offer you anything... for the inconvenience - asked for a free 2 liter soda, nope! This past Friday did an online order for the Deep Dish Detroit -showed up to pick it up and was told they tried to call to tell me that they didn't have the necessary items to make a Deep Dish- i had ZERO calls between the time of my order and showing up, much less a call from Little Caesars.
