Place definitely gives off a young hipster vibe with the scenery and the bar but most people there were way in late 40+ years (I... would assume for the bar, keyword assume) and the to-go items have biodegradable silverware which is a cute touch. I got aburrito bowl the the modifications of chicken tinga. Taste was fair but definitely not worth the near 17$ and even counting theportion sized it's 50/50 with pushing that much. Staff is super friendly on phone and in person. Nice place if you wanna spendsome money and looks like a great atmosphere. Will likely try again but different time of day and or another menu item Read more

The bartender was so helpful. I don't remember her name but she had dark hair and tattoos. She was very experienced and... explained the menu to me and made suggestions. Read more

We called in a large order to take to family members who live in Madison and hit a home run. Service was excellent, which is... rare these days on call-in take out orders! McKenzie took my order and was extremely helpful in providing details on each itemthen greeted me with a huge smile and wonderful attitude when I walked in to pick up. To complete our wonderful experience, every single item we ordered was delicious! We will become regulars after this GREAT first impression. Thank you Mad Taco! Read more

Nice change from the usual taco joint. This is a relatively small restaurant with a full length bar and a friendly vibe. ... Outdoor seating almost doubles capacity. They have a limited menu, but what they have is well prepared and fresh. We startedwith chips and delicious queso which required mixing, and a little cooling down to stay on the chips. The burrito and taco werevery good. Seems like a great place to meet your ?peps? for a quick bite and adult beverages. Service was great. Read more

Fun little taco restaurant. Definitely a place to try. Service was quick and friendly. The restaurant was clean and nicely... decorated. The street tacos were nicely flavored and reasonably price. We ate here for lunch but it looked like they might be afun evening spot with a bar. Read more

The food was excellent. The service was on point. I got a good laugh at the El Luchador masks behind the bar and artwork on the... walls. I will be back. Very reasonably priced! Read more

Incredible service! Top notch bar and Mixologists! The food is Incredible, the Lamb Barbacoa is near perfect. A different spin... on Carnitas, these were almost light. A nice combination of a salsa Verde, and fresh lime and cilantro. The Al Pastor is forwardon the pineapple in all of the best ways. The chips are lightly seasoned and perfectly crisp, the guacamole is smooth, andbalanced: hints of garlic, red onion, cilantro, and lime. We closed with flan, rich, thick, velvety flan! Easily the bestrestaurant in Madison. Read more

This would be a five star review if the food wasn?t so expensive. The chips are a bit flavorless without the guacamole and you... don?t get a lot of guac for $5. Their tacos are good but take a long time and are a lot for their portion. The music andatmosphere were good additions to our cocktails which were delicious. I had the tiki rum dark and stormy and my girlfriend hadthe watermelon mojito. Overall this place is better than tequila?s and dos amigos in Madison and has great potential but it?sonly worth it for drinks and a snack, not a dinner. Read more
