Walked in at 8 pm was told lobby was closed but door was wide open, online orders only, waited 30 minutes for food without an... apology for wait time, service was slow like the drive through was packed and inside was slammed with a bus but there wasclearly only 4 orders on screen all in red. I don't if it was this location, or what I ordered but this meal was very disappointing. I usually get Zaxby's fingers meal, but... decided to try the signature sandwich. The piece of chicken was small and overcooked, so it was dry and not very tasty. I wastraveling, do won't be going back to that location, but I'm not sure I'll ever try the sandwich again. Read more
