They should be thankful for the 1 star. Don?t waste your time or money. They spaghetti with meat sauce was outright disgusting.... The noddles stuck to my teeth and the ?sauce? was ground beef with what tasted like pure ketchup with chunks of onion. And thealfredo wasn?t much to write home about either! We have had take out several times from here and enjoyed it every time! It is definitely the same quality as dine in! Tonight,... we got take out and had just sat down and prayed when we realized we were missing my husband's food. I was about to call thestore when I received a call from Black Olive explaining that they realized they left it out and they would deliver it to us!They went above and beyond to make it right and it worked! As always, everything was delicious! I always get veal parmesan. Myhusband loves all the salmon dishes. The kids all love the homemade Alfredo. We also love that they have a gluten free pastaoption! The food was excellent with amazing proportions, however, being short staffed proved to be a very stressful situation for the... staff who did come to work. At times, it felt like the wait staff was not working in a coordinated effort. I will go back on adifferent day & time. Read more
I was so excited to take my girlfriend to lunch after church on Sunday to black olive so we arrived at 11:05 first ones in... store. We get seated and they brought out breadsticks and they were delicious but the plates had old food on all of them andthere was sauce splattered on the walls which was very disappointing because there was a small army of staff standing jokingaround when they could have been cleaning or doing something to help improve the store. The food came and the Stromboli wasundercooked and doughy nd had to send it back but my calzone was good it was just terrible the amount of employees there were tothe very little service we received. We did not feel welcome and no one said hello or anything the customer service was verydisappointing along with the cleaning aspect. My first time here. It's weird because it's a former Mexican Restaurant and they still have up the Spanish decor and still... playing Spanish music. The food though was fantastic! The Supreme Calzone was huge and tasted amazing! I highly recommendthis place. Read more
