Food is good, always is, but I will never come here again. First thing I noticed today 10/18/20, was workers sitting in the... dining area, instead of cleaning. It wouldn?t have been a big deal has the dining area been clean, but it was far from it.Tables, floor, seats all needed cleaned, instead they were sitting down chatting. I didn?t pay much attention when eating theclam strips, but one was super ?crunchy?. Figured it was over cooked; until I had discomfort in teeth and pulled out what lookedlike a small shard of glass. My child ate some of those clam strips as well. Corporate needs to fire the employees and hire newones, or completely shut this place down. Read more
I?m sorry, but I just have to let everyone know how awesome this place is. This location specifically is wonderful. The food is... always fresh and never greasy, the staff is always friendly, and the restaurant is always clean. I have visited another CaptainD?s and this was not the case. I?m just very impressed with the consistent quality at the Madison, IN Captain D?s and wanted tolet the public and especially the Captain D?s people know how much I love this place! Read more
First visit to this restaurant. While the fish was okay, the rest of my meal was very good. The fried okra and macaroni and... cheese were flavorful and nice size portions. The hush puppies had the right seasonings and were well cooked. Staff was politeand efficient. Read more
Wonderful fried fish without it being overly greasy! The restaurant was a bit warm but when you have a grill and a couple of... fryers and it's 95° in the shade at least it wasn't as hot as outside. The service was friendly and helpful. Read more
Delicious. I did take-out with 25min. Travel. Food was in great condition by time I got home. The box vents help steam escape so... food was nearly like we ate it there. Excellent. Coleslaw crisp and creamy. Green beans like mom cooked. Kudos! Friendlyservice!! Read more
There?s a girl working there named Emma Wooten. She?s nice and all but she doesn?t read me a bedtime story, and it reflects on... the quality of the establishment. I hope she corrects the error of her ways before a loyal customer is lost. Read more
