Unfriendly staff, poorly prepared food (hot food cold, burgers burnt) and portions have been drastically reduced while at the... same time prices have increased. A meal for 2 was $25+. Everything mediocre, fast food level. Next night went elsewhere. Had agreat home cooked-like meal with so much food we took some home. All for $20. Better options than this place for severalreasons!! Service was great. Food was good except the biscuits were a little hard. Ended up putting gravy on them. But otherwise pretty... good. We had the Sunday morning breakfast bar. Dirty tables all around us the entire visit. Waitress in the back too busy talking to wait on her tables. Waited entire visit... for a spoon, flies landing on my food. No sense of urgency, just excuses as to why she can't accomplish her tasks. My food wascold, Lord only knows how long it day waiting on waitress to finish her conversation. Waitress complained of rude customers,maybe show some integrity and care for your customers and bring them hot food and they wouldn't be so upset. Just try, that'sall I expect. Read more
We got seated right away. The menu has been cut down to just a few dinner options. Took 10 minutes to get our drink orders. 15... military they took our dinner order. 30 minutes later she asked if we were ready for our check. WE STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED OURFOOD. She brought out our food. Our dinner was cold. She got our order wrong. We were hungry so we ate it the way it was. Whilewe were finishing our meal a roach ran across our table. When I paid our bill I told the cashier what had happened. All she hadto say was there was nothing she could do about it. I told he that we would not be back. She said that was fine with her. The serves was excellent and never had to ask for refills. The bar food was hot and fresh and very well stocked!
