At Madison, Indiana Wendy's I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich that was supposed to be plain but u could clearly tell they... scraped the mayo off and left some. Also ordered a Jr bacon chz burger plain, it was plain but only had one piece of bacon thatwas really small on it. We ordered a kids meal chicken nuggets but got a hamburger instead. As far as fastfood restaurants in Madison, this one kicks them all to the curb. I never have messed up orders and I always get... my food quick. And it seems like the workers don't dread every second of their shift. Which is huge. Read more
Me and my husband stood at the front register for 15 min and know one acknowledged us and there were 3 people inside the manager... and 2 other employees were outside smoking. Would avoid going here, even in the later hours. Their registers are "down because of technical reasons" even though doordash... can still order. Rumor is going around town that they only do this so they don't have to serve people. I wonder how long thisis gonna go on for before corporate steps in. I'm gonna laugh when people get fired. I actually created an account with Wendy's because I wanted to see all salads because I'm diabetic and wanted simmering good to... eat however it wasn't good at all. The chicken had tons of fat on it and it tasted awful but then the Strawberry smoothie wasnothing but froth. I tried to call, only getting a busy signal. I want all of My money back. Went Through drive through to pickup and was treated like dirt, maybe because it was too late, not sure. Read more
Horrible about getting peoples orders correct! I asked for a #5 Grilled chicken combo, No tomatoes, extras honey mustard, medium... fry. Instead I got a homestyle chicken covered in mayonnaise from every inch and a small fry with no salt and cold and hard!Very disappointing in the Wendys now a days! I used to work there in highschool just 6 years ago and let me tell you it?s notlike it was. No one?s listens to the customers anymore. Tried calling in to speak with a manger shortly after and no one pickedup the phone.
