This was the nicest crew at any dunkin I?ve ever been too. And wicked fast too.
Don?t order a bagel. They won?t toast it and they?ll put an entire brick of cream cheese so your bagel is not only freezing but... not toasted. They are rude. Slow. Burnt coffee. If I could I would give zero stars because I?ve given this place so many triesand each time is worse than the first. Ask for double toasted and you?ll get 1/2 of the bagel toasted the other half loadedright to the top with enough cream cheese for 5 bagels. I feel bad for the employees because it?s lack of management. They haveno one to teach them. And it?s my own fault because everyone that lives in town Madison has said not to go there just skip rightto Norge Walker Skowhegan because it is that bad but you would just think maybe they?re having a bad day next time will bebetter but no it?s every time and even if you go in and complain and have some thing remade the remake is worse than theoriginal. I?m not trying to be a Karen but this place really needs some help. Customer service was awful. 2 out of the 3 people working were very rude to almost everyone in there. I smiled at them when I... walked in and was given a weird dirty look by the 2 and when I ordered they acted very annoyed with me. I've never gone inbefore today and now I'm gonna avoid going in there ever again. Clearly since im not the only one thats been treated this way,pretty sure something needs to change. Was in town visiting family...needed caffeine. Pleasantly surprised by the cold brew, so three stars is for that...wasn't bad... at all. Felt bad for the guy working drive thru...he seemed very new and got quite frazzled. Was asking questions to the"manager" who didn't seem to help him much. If she is the one who brought the coffee to the window, hire a new manager! Shehad zero customer service skills! Place was not busy at all so no excuses! Read more
Sometimes getting Dunkin can be an interesting experience, all the horror stories of wrong orders, undrinkable coffees... etc... I've had a few times that I also have had less than thrilling results, despite trying different locations. Recently atthe Madison Dunkin, I've had good results, whenever Krista or Pam is on shift my coffee is made perfectly. I don't order a"chemistry set" coffee, it's pretty straightforward, so your results may vary depending on how many squirts of this or that youput in. But overall I will continue to get my coffee here. Read more
