Came today for a late lunch got the impossible meal. The burger was cold like barely could eat it cold when I got it can tell... they had it laying around for the 10 min I had to wait. They also gave me my drink half filled, had to ask them to put more init. When they did they took my drink to a different machine where I couldn?t see them filling it then brought it back. After ordering 2 meals the way I wanted, and agreeing to an extra charge for the type of cheese I prefer, I noticed that one... meal had been charged as individual items, costing me nearly $2 more than the combo. At first, the manager tried to say it wasjust the computer's fault. I had to suggest that he correct the error. So while he was voiding the first transaction, hemuttered "Jesus Christ" loud enough for me to hear, and then shouted over his shoulder not to re-make the order since he wasonly re-ringing it fix a $0.30 mistake. When I got to the table, I found the other meal had been made wrong, and had to take itback. The manager didn't seem very interested in ensuring it was made correctly the 2nd time, but another worker watchedcarefully and gave me the right meal. As we pulled up to the drive thru a bunch of employees were outside. When we got to the drive thru the lady through the speaker... asked to give her 5 minutes as they were in the middle of a shift change. I waited 15 minutes and repeatedly asked "hello?" Andreceived no answer. We decided to leave and as we drove around we couldn't see anybody inside, but they were all standingoutside the door talking, laughing and smoking. Worst Burger King ever with the most rudest manager ever. This lady is by far the rudest definitely will not be back? I told ... her no pickles on my burger, and when telling her about it she got very offensive, and extremely rude. Slowest moving Burger King I?ve ever been to in my entire life. I waited about 30 minutes for my food. Ultimately I was on a bit... of a time crunch and needed to get back on the road. Had no choice but to leave the Burger King without my food even though I?vealready paid for it. Read more
Don't come on a lunch break they will have you sitting in the drive thru forever. It'll be just 2 cars and you gonna be sitting... there for at least 10 minutes before a person comes to the mic just to ask you to hold for another 10 minutes. I almost feellike they do it intentionally just so ppl can leave the line. Read more
We just left this restaurant after having a great experience. Very clean inside, the cute paper crowns were on the tables for... the kiddos, very polite and helpful staff. Our food came out quickly and was hot and fresh! We will definitely be back! :) Read more
Let?s just say they don?t waste anything here, French fries should have been thrown away. They were pieces and crumbs, just... leftovers. The employees scrape the bottom of the barrel. No one wants to work and they have trouble with English. They justmumble garbage which is what the food is. They?ve also introduced a new small size which is smaller than the old small so youmust pay dearly to upsize to medium or large. It?s all a ripoff. The value menu is anything but a value. Corporate should justclose this location down along with several more in the Jackson metro. Tables were dirty and they need a rule prohibitingemployees from smoking and taking breaks outside.
