Food was good, but service was not. We waited 15 minutes and no one even came to our table. I understand busy, but someone at... least needs to come to the table and let you know. I had to go to the hostess stand. I was very nice about it too. But theservice didn't get better. Read more
Order curbside. Order didn't take long and it was correct HOWEVER, the broccoli on my order was overcooked and had absolutely no... seasoning whatsoever. I don't know if they have a shortage on potatoes but as you can see from the pics I posted. Hadn't eatenanything off my plate. Tenders were not as big as I remember them being but they were ok. Waiter was the worst I've ever had. Ordered chips and salsa and were never brought out. They still tried to charge us. Ribs were... decent but not the quality you expect from Chili's. Good thing I wasn't thirsty because one glass was all we got. Waiter neverchecked on us after order was placed. First time in my life I didn't leave a tip. Read more

Update 9/19/2020 My Wife and I stop at chili's in Madison Mississippi an wow what a super Great place from the time we walk... in to and got out table the staff was outstanding and this place was hopping Our waitress was the bartender and did aawesome great job and the Management Mr Scott was busing tables and stop at out table to get us some drinks. The food looked nice and tasty but it was not as flavorful as it seemed. I had the Cajun pasta with chicken and I added shrimp.... It tasted like microwave noodles. We were there in the middle of the afternoon at 1 the service and point out the lunch menu areany of the lunch specials. Read more
