First of all the restaurant is so clean and organized. The food is amazing! And I would like to give an extra large shout out to... the manager on duty. He gave me a free sandwich for my birthday even though my app wouldn't work. He was super nice andprofessional. I love being treated with respect and appreciation when I eat somewhere. When it first opened they gave plenty of meat and the food was good , food doesn't taste good
This was my first time going to the restaurant and getting a gluten free sandwich. Mariah, Lance, and Queen were working. I have... a gluten allergy, and they did everything to make me feel comfortable and safe when ordering a gluten free sandwich. They madesure to change gloves, use a special knife, and prepare my sandwich in a dedicated gluten free area. The customer service wasamazing, and my sandwich was delicious. My boyfriend got a regular hot sandwich, and he said his was delicious as well! Read more
There were 4 employees working when we visited. They were all nice, so good customer service is clearly a thing here. With that... said, they were a bit too talkative and none of them had on masks. I debated eating there, but lack of masks is a constant andunfortunate thing in Mississippi. I also didn?t like the fact that so many hands (although gloved) were touching the sandwiches.It took 3 people to make the sandwich. I was extremely disappointed in the food. The ingredients appeared to be low quality. Iordered the #9 Club Supreme. The roast beef and turkey tasted like water, no taste at all. My sandwich was dressed with almosteverything and the only thing I tasted was the bacon. The bread was hard and not good either. I ate less than half of my 7 inchsandwich and threw the rest away. First time Jersey Miker here. Talk about a clean restaurant! So nice to see sanitizer pumps full, bathrooms clean and floors... freshly mopped. I had the Philly combo w/ chips and a Stubborn Vanilla Creme Soda. I didn't realize until after I received myorder that I could have gotten "the juice" (vinegar and oil mix) which I think would have helped the overall dryness. It waspretty good, but I will probably opt for something different next time. The American cheese had a really sweet flavor to it,that I didn't personally prefer. My friend had the Italian sandwich. I got a bite and it was delicious. Not at all dry! Themunchkin had a kid's meal with a ham and cheese sandwich and chocolate chip cookie. She was a fan. Ordering was a bit confusingand we weren't sure where to stand, but other than that, we were pleased. Read more
I think all jersey Mike's are well run. I have never been to a bad one.
