This lamb curry was insanely flavorful. Nicely presented. Fresh naan. Chef Arnaud was a pleasure to talk to and you can see he... really cares about the quality of the food. Best Indian food I've had in years. I used to travel a lot through the middle east and India for business and the food here is... as authentic as it gets without going to India! I had the Andhra goat and the fresh curry leaves really make the difference.After talking with the owner / chef and deciding on this meal (from his home town) he also treated me to a complimentary mangocustard which was fantastic as well. Very nice ambience. Clean and quiet. The owner (the chef) came out and checked on us. I appreciate it. However I was not... satisfied with the biryani I ordered. It was more like a rice mixed with curry. My husband's food was awesome. Chef'scomplimentary dessert was tasty. Food is overpriced. The front desk lady who also served us had some bad attitude. The food seems overpriced. For one small samosa chat, $12 was charged, The taste was good but it is very much more expensive... than what it deserves. other food also seems overpriced. There was $12 charged for service without our consent. I liked theambience of the restaurant. Food taste was average. The guy who was serving the food was very polite but The owner of therestaurant started sharing his political opinions about India which may be offensive for some people. overall it was not a goodexperience as I expected. I come here often. This is the best Indian food I've ever had. Highly underrated little restaurant and the owner is very nice.... The lady at the front counter could definitely use an attitude adjustment, but other than that everything was great. Read more
This was one of the most AMAZING, authentic restaurants I’ve ever ate at. If you’re curious about trying Indian food or... something new, just do it!! The food was seasoned to perfection, the lamb was so tender, and the curry was packed withcomforting spices and flavors. The owner is sure to greet and make sure his guests are enjoying the food and told his backstory. He is so kind and genuine. You can tell the food is made with passion and love. I called in an order last night from Kebab & Curry. I knew what I wanted, but the chef, who answered the phone, was helpful in... making suggestions. I ordered House Curry with Catfish, Garlic Naan, and 6-piece wings in the "Drums of Heaven" sauce. I likespice, but Indian spice is not for this Mississippi girl. I requested everything to be mild. It was all the perfect amount ofspice. The flavors were spot on. Everything was delicious. I will be recommending Kebab & Curry to local friends and family.Overall, I enjoyed everything and I will visit again before I head back home. Read more
Only reason the food gets 4 stars is because the chicken was dry even with the sauce. This place has a no rush atmosphere you... can sit down and take your time eating without feeling rushed. Read more
