Truly terrible customer service. Order wrong. We stopped going months ago, and gave it one last shot. Sandwich looked like it... had an elbow drop put on it. Mashed potatoes on the outside of a sandwich wrapper. Brown lettuce. The top part of a tomato withthe stem was on a sandwich. Read more

I know that this may not go nowhere but from my mouth to Gods ears but it must be said. It?s a shame that young people that... really want a job and to keep their job has to be harassed by management especially at this location. My child and nobody else?schild shouldn?t have to be verbally abused and misused and treated that way. You never know what a person may be going through.It?s enough going on in this world to be treating people so nasty. Y?all probably would be able to serve your customers betterand within a timely manner if you could treat and keep worthy employees. Ms. Erica needs professionalism training. They would not answer the phone so I drove there to order. It took an HOUR to get 2 sandwiches and 2 nacho baskets!!!??? Sweet... girls working. No business trying to help run a restaurant franchise though. Will drive a county further to avoid this placeagain. My friends and coworkers warned me. Should?ve listened. Wait! Got home and they forgot the Mac n cheese. They alsoforgot both bread bowls I requested and paid for and only filled up our soup bowls halfway!!!! Plus I requested extrajalapeños before I left. Terrible experience recently. Tried to call in an order and spoke with Kailey. She was very rude and didn't listen to me at... all, I had to repeat every item to her 2 - 3 times. When I got there part of the order was wrong and I informed them of thehorrible experience over the phone. They looked at who took my order and said they had been having problems with Kailey thatnight. After a couple bites into my salad I noticed some rotten lettuce, see the attached pictures. I sent a couple messagesto their head office about my recent experience and didn't receive single reply. Apparently they don't care about customerservice anymore. I've been coming to McAlister's off and on for years and this is the worst experience I've had. Over theyears the portions have become smaller and the prices have gone up. I doubt I'll be visiting again. Read more
People were nice! Food was Amazing! I got the BLT & it came with Avocado! Never had it like that so I asked for it on the side!... It actually was Really Good with it! Had a Ton of Applewood Bacon on it, which is a Major Plus! Got a side of Mac & Cheese, italso was Really Good! My son got the Italian Sub & Mac & Cheese! He Really Enjoyed his as well! My husband got the Memphian Subwith Chips & also was Very Pleased with it all! Will Definitely visit a McAlister's again! Found out there is one close to wherewe live & am very glad to hear it!
