Terrible location. Contacted corporate and told them about the "McDonalds Vice President" Cleopatras behavior - Middle aged lady... with twist locks and a rude attitude. I've had messed up orders and cold food. The location closes when it's not supposed to beclosed. I had someone tell me "We closing bc I gotta pick up my kid" - I'd understand if it were occasional but its a frequentlate night problem. Today they had the drive thru backed up, the mobile app/kiosk offers a product that it didn't allow me toget and I asked for assistance at the actual register. "SERVICE WITH A SMILE" is what the chain has promoted since McDonaldsoriginated but I couldn't have been talked down to any more than today in your store. Because I wanted the manager to have acustomer service oriented attitude? I know yall are busy but a customer shouldn't be treated like an issue because they needassistance and don't want to be bullied at your location. There were 3 people by the register. Why redirect me to the kiosk whenthe mobile app is having the same issue? I honestly hate this location and their number won't even ring when you call the store.Get with me for videos of these occasions. Was asked why I was there when I have other options? I said it's close and supposedto be fast; I'm sick - it was originally thought to be "convenient" Manager literally rather turn away business than handle itlike a professional. My problem is how she treated the system problem like >I< was the problem. My only mistake was tryingagain; I should have never tried giving them business again. It's clear she doesn't want to improve the store - if you can't"fix" the issue, you can at least value the feedback and take genuine pride and show concern in your failings. I vowed the lasttime I went and they just had people pulling away bc they don't keep their hours and broke a promise to myself today. ???? I went in to order our food and wash my hands. I was informed, after waiting at the front counter for ten minutes, that they are... only taking orders from the kiosk, and you can only use the kiosk if you're paying by card. So, I had to go back out and goorder our food through the drive thru. I ordered 5 McDoubles and a small fry. 1 burger with no onions and add mayo, 2 burgerswith extra pickles and add mayo, and the other 2 as they come. After paying, I was told they don't have any receipt paper so Icouldn't get my receipt. I get our food and get back to the job, and the 2 burgers that I added mayo and extra pickles to didNOT have mayo on either one of them. They have the grill slip stuck to the wrappers, but no mayo. It just gets so frustratingthat the girl inside was rude then get outside in the drive thru to order and paid for trusting it would be right and it's not. Read more

It?s 8 am and every single table is dirty, garbage is full, never got a receipt cause the paper is out in the machine that no... one has replaced, and they didn?t have frappes that I ordered so when offered a replacement the manager gave me a medium cokefor the medium frappe I ordered. Three cokes would equal the price of the frappe. Customer service was horrible from themanager. They just need to shut down this McDonald?s. Read more

Although, I waited 30 mins for my food I?m giving a 5 star rating. I witnessed the team on the inside work so diligently to... attempt to get orders out as quick as they could, however they can only do so much. Someone in upper management (owner) needsto realize, when you only have 4 employees on a busy day, you can not run; a drive thru, Mobile orders, deliveries, an insidekiosk, and etc. Someone needed to make the call to just operate drive thru only. Money is important but quality is alwaysbetter than quantity. To the manager that was on duty this morning, kudos! I saw you and I appreciate your effort! Read more

Hit or miss. I don?t drive in this location often, but the speed of service and quality of food varies pretty heavily depending... on the trip. Sometimes the ice cream machine is working but it has been ?broken? on multiple occasions. Read more

Visited on May 14, 2022. Only went because it was the closest option to me at the time and I was hungry. I would've been better... off eating the grass in front of the restaurant. Drink watered-down, fries underseasoned, top bun hard. Nothing on CrispyChicken Sandwich but a chicken patty. I added my own mayo (which I was told would be included) and cheese, added salt to thefries, and poured the drink out. Read more

My order was wrong. They charged me for the big breakfast with hotcakes and only gave me pancakes, sausage, and egg. My hash... brown and biscuit was missing. Months later it was still awful... Line is faster. Though not sure why they would make it fasterwhen they still do things wrong. They out our fries in the bag UPSIDEDOWN. And I ordered a medium slushie.
