My husband ordered me a personal pan veggie pizza. It was one of worst pizzas I?ve ever had. According to the website, it should... have included fresh white mushrooms, onions, crisp green peppers, diced tomatoes and black olives. It had no tomatoes at all andbarely had any of the other toppings. How hard is it to put veggies on a pizza?? If a customer orders a pizza with veggies ? nomeat, they ACTUALLY would like to taste the veggies and not just bread. It was ridiculous. The worst part is that I?m sure theydon?t care about any of these negative comments ? obviously the owner of this franchise doesn?t care either. Therefore, nothingwill change. Sad?. Read more
I ordered Meat Lovers and ended getting Supreme. I had to double check my order via the app just to make sure I didn't request... supreme... app clearly shows meat lovers! Very, very dissatisfied & disappointed. Read more
They only reason I gave 2 stars is because the deliver driver was nice but I ordered pizza (2) from this location received 1... pizza and the other was just a box (no pizza inside). I called the store and the lady who answered the phone sounded as if Ishould have ate the box. Like it was my fault. Read more
This pizza was so good. Never been the type of person to eat pineapples on my pizza, but this was delicious. Even my kids liked... it. We normally just get spinach and Alfredo on our pizza, but we decided to try something new. I placed my order online andwent in to pick it up. The young lady was very sweet. She cooked that pizza to perfection. I'm not a pizza hut person, but Iwill be back to this one. Read more
There is nothing that would make me recommend this store and I will be requesting a refund. My order arrived over an hour and a... half late. Estimated delivery was at 7:29. At 8:13, I began calling to inquire about the status and kept being told it had beendispatched for delivery at 7:34 pm. Although I placed 8 calls, I was unable to reach anyone from the local store and no onecontacted me about the delivery status. The lukewarm order finally arrived at 9:04 after I had already placed another order froma different pizza restaurant. I only live 3.2 miles from the restaurant, so if it left at 7:34, I should have arrived no laterthan 7:45. Read more
Nothing you could have done better. If it came up naturally in conversation, I would strongly recommend, but otherwise I?m not... gonna scream it from the rooftops. It was the first time I?ve used this location and it IS the best quality Pizza Hut I?ve hadin a decade though. So kudos to staff. Wish I would have tasted it before I left the tip. I did not order through door dash but I guess Pizza Hut doesn?t use its own drivers anymore, so my order went through it... anyway. The door dash experience was more shoddy than usual because it wasn?t done through the app, it was sent through thePizza Hut website, and to a Dasher I guess. So all of the updates you would usually get through the DD app was done throughbroken text messages and links that don?t work (ie: dash tracker, the image they?re supposed to send of the food delivered).The driver (probly not driver?s fault) hadn?t even picked the food from the store till a good 20 minutes after my order wasscheduled to arrive to my house. Food tasted like it had been ready a while. I just don?t understand why they don?t have theirown drivers, and if I had known that they don?t, I would have just ordered through the DD app. Also the Pizza Hut website isreally bad, outdated, bulky.
