We?ve had so many horrible experiences at this Taco Bell, we decided to start telling our child that Taco Bell is broken when he... asks to go there. Over the past year, the wait is generally 5-10 minutes per car multiplied by the number of cars in front ofyou, so it?s usually 30 minutes to one hour. They get the order correct about half the time. The food has been awful even byTaco Bell standards. We actually heard the employees talking amongst themselves and decide one day that they were going to closethe restaurant so they could go buy shoes next door. With the pace of the drive through, it is not possible that thisrestaurant makes a profit for the owner. It?s pretty clear that the restaurant will not improve until the current franchiseebecomes tired of losing money and decides to sell this location (or give it away). Read more
Seriously the worst taco bell on the planet. If I hadn't placed my order over 30 minutes ago, I would have left. Horrible... service and they manage to still mess up every time I come here. I love me some taco bell and I come here as often as it takesme to forget how bad an experience I always have before I make the mistake of coming back. So about once a year. As a personthat never writes bad reviews, take my advice, go to the chick-fil-a a block away. Might be 100 cars in line, you'll still getyour food faster and will actually be what you ordered. This Taco Bell is least to be desired. I never received my order, and the cheese was spoiled on my daughter's order. When we... were making our order, there was one other customer. My daughter and I made separate orders. The first order took 20 minutes,which was not a problem. What was a problem though, was that three other groups came in and ordered, each getting their foodbefore my order came. 20 more minutes passed, and I still did not get my food. We asked about the order and the employee checkedthe computer for it, then said "oh I see it." then walked away. Another 20 minutes later, and we decided to leave. Every otherperson in the establishment got their food. Mine never came. A simple hard shell supreme. An hour wait time without result isridiculous. We get our food faster at a sit down restaurant. I don?t know what?s going on at this location but the people on the headset and the person at the window won?t look you in the... eye or sound dead to the world. I can?t even eat half my order because of how soggy the taco is. I didn?t have time to go in toexchange, I?m on my way out of town. Read more
horrible. I?ve never had much problems with this Taco Bell, but tonight was it. Dasher had to wait almost an hour to get my... food. i ordered a party pack & a Mexican pizza. When it came (which was around 12:20), the bag was already open, the tacos wereSOGGY, and my Mexican pizza was gone!! I don?t know what I was thinking ordering through door-dash at 11 at night when I?m 2.2miles away from Taco Bell. I also tried to call Taco Bell MILLIONS of times. Call, no answer. Not sure if my dasher ate it but Idon?t trust this Taco Bell & Door-dash anymore. Won?t be doing this again for sure. Read more
There is honestly so much I could say about my experience here. I made a pick up order to do in store pick up. When I went to... the door, the doors were locked. I then I had to join the drive thru line. I?m not even exaggerating? I waited over an hour formy food. I got there around 1:20 and didn?t leave the line till 2:35. I honestly would have been there longer if if weren?t forthe 4 or 5 cars that left the line because of the long wait. Once I finally got up to the window to tell them that I had a pickup order. They said they couldn?t find my name and I didn?t have one. I explained I was at the correct location and have theorder pulled up onto my phone. They said they wouldn?t be able to make my food since they didn?t have it even if I showed themthe order. They finally found my name and proceeded to tell me they no longer had Mexican Pizzas, which is one of the items Ihad ordered. I asked would I be able to receive a refund and they said no I would have to do it online. No one even offered if Iwould like to get something else to replace the pizza since I already paid for it. Anyways, at this point of waiting, I wasn?teven gonna try to argue or make a scene so I just said it was fine and continued to wait even longer to pull up to the window.Once I had finally made it to the window, the lady was very rude and unprofessional. She had given me my bag of food. I checkedit. I was missing 5 things. 2 drinks, 2 chicken chipotle melts, and a quesadilla (not including the mexican pizza I had alreadypaid for). The only thing I had in my bag were tacos. I then waited even longer for them to cook my items that were missing inmy bag. I finally leave and come home. This is the slowest "fast food" taco bell in the country! After waiting in line for 25 mins, I still had not ordered my food. I... decided to write this review while in line. There were 7 cars in front of us. Three of them left without ordering and it stilltook half an hour to get to the menu to order. Someone needs to fix this poor excuse of a taco bell. Read more
What I experienced at Taco Bell today was an absolute disaster. As soon as I entered the facility it was only one guy who was... flirting with one of the employees, it was only female employees in attendance, one of the employees were talking to a guy andwere acting annoyed when it was time to take my order, they displayed horrible customer service and didn?t show any qualityservice.
