Have ordered bufallo sauce the past 4 times i have ordered and have not received a drop of it. Yes, i am a fool for trying, but... i just really wanted them to prove to me they would put some sauce on and wouldnt forget every single time. I don?t know if it?s just me but, every time I order sauce that?s not blue cheese I get sweet icing?? Why would I want sweet... icing with my wings? This is the third time it happened to me. I called the store to let them know and I heard a guy (possiblythe chef) in the background saying ?oh well that?s what they ordered????. This store is absolutely horrible! I have only ordered a total of two times. The first time the driver could not find my dorm... building so he just left! The store, or driver did not make any further attempt to contact me and just closed the tracker. Ithen had to make multiple calls to the store. This is because the person I was in contact with would either rudely hang up on meor just scream at me. It was not a pleasant experience to say the least. But nevertheless I gave them another chance. Bad idea.I have been waiting for over an hour and it has just been stuck on quality check. Again no contact. I also called the store andthey said ?everything is fine?. I?m sorry but that does not answer the question on why I have been waiting over an hour forfood. Please save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else. Dissapointing customer service. Phone service is slow and useless. Speaker cannot do order efficiently. Driver showed up 15 mins... late was rude asked for our phone nunber and said it was the wrong order. Was left again on hold for 5 mins, called back and wasanswered immiditely. If you have Sajjad as your delivery driver, be prepared for this person to fail to comply with ?contactless? delivery because... they will knock on your door and yell at you because they can?t read delivery instructions properly. My pizza looked like it wasthrown everywhere... absolutely terrible delivery driver. Disrespectful for no reason. Read more
Literally never give reviews ever but I just didn?t get my pizza?. The driver called, said he dropped it off, I go outside and... it just wasn?t there. They dropped it off at the wrong house.
