Wow what a Transformation! A Loft beamed Ceiling, Natural Light, much more Open Space!! Everything is New and has been... reconfigured by a Design team. Alcoholic beverages served, Electronic Game Stations near eating areas. A great place for mildrecreation rather than just sitting still with friends ??(???.?????)??¯?(?~???????)?~. Looks and feels nothing like the oldMadison bowling alley. Read more

The lanes are nice, the service was quick, the food is decent and the ipad ordering was convenient. But they were missing half... of their drink menu (I appreciate that the bartender told us that up front, also may have just caught them at a bad time, notsure), the food selection is very minimal, and the prices on the ipad are deceptive. The price you see is the price for just thealcohol. Mixer costs extra, which is on another screen and easy to miss if you aren't paying attention. Last note, there is alittle change in elevation from the lanes onto the concrete where the seating is, maybe a few inches. Be careful, we must havetripped over it 10 times. Overall it wasn't a bad spot, just overpriced for what it is. Probably won't be back unless I don'thave other options. Read more

It?s a great place but the staff including the manager needs better and proper customer service skills. They will see you?re... standing there needing assistance and won?t greet and/or acknowledge what you need Read more

Saturday afternoon visit was very busy, staff did a good job of moving the line. I was surprised there was no wait and we got... in and out quickly. The kiosk for ordering food and having it delivered was convenient. I heard from locals that the food isvery good although we did not order anything, just had drinks. Read more

Surprised by the negative reviews, we had a great experience arriving at 10pm on a Saturday. Service was friendly and quick... (probably helped that it wasn't too busy). Everything is pristine, from the lanes and seating area to the bathrooms and arcade. Self service food and drinks was easy to do, and everything arrived very quickly. Fries were awesome, pizzas above average fora bowling alley. Every time we added an item it showed up within 5-10 minutes. It's a no-tipping establishment which hopefullytranslates to higher wages for employees - our service was great from start to finish. Balls and shoes were in good condition. Only complaints are the lanes were a little slippery, and the arcade is overpriced, but overall still give it five stars, we'llbe back. Read more

Pricey: if you're visiting Saturday night, it'll run you $16 per person. The food is also overpriced and would recommend you... just hold off as there's plenty of restaurants on the main ave. They'll require you to leave a card at the front desk as aplaceholder which is dumb Atmosphere: pretty fun and clean environment. Bathrooms are clean, seating, arcade, lanes are allclean and well maintained. The Lanes being lit up are a nice touch and the kiosks are modern and have the ability to show yourbowling stats which is pretty cool. Seating: it's just way too tight in the lounge you'll sit in between turns. The people inthe lake next to you will over crowd your area. It's guaranteed since there just isn't enough room. You'll feel crammed and ifyou're wearing jackets, you basically won't have anywhere to sit since you'll throw them on the seats. It's way too tight andisn't safe during this pandemic. Staff: rude and cold. Thought I should also mention that most staff aren't wearing amask. I'd come back but that's only because there aren't any alternatives in my area that compete with the atmosphere of thisplace Read more

PROS: This place was very clean and semi large. They had a bar, snack stand, brick oven pizza, and an arcade with prizes. CONS:... Some of the staff there was a little snippy towards my friends and I. Also they only charge by the game and not by the hour, while it's overpriced at $25 per person for two games. You also can't pay upfront, you have to put a card down as a placeholder, they should give you the option. The bar also doesn't accept cash OVERALL: It looks good once you walk in, and I do suggestcoming here if invited or if you have no other option, but this isn't my go-to bowling alley for many reasons Read more

nice and clean place. bright lighting. we had a group and we all had fun here. the shoes were okay, no smells (after we returned... them I saw that they were sprayed with some chemicals so that's good.) the bowling balls were okay. we ordered some food andamount was smaller then I thought but they tasted good. we had a fun time and when one group was done, they were able to go tothe arcade to play while they waited for the second group. the prizes they offered were generally for small children - smallplastic toys or candy. bathrooms were clean. ambience was nice and friendly for kids. can have bumpers set for individuals. freeparking; in a plaza. no outside food or drink allowed here. would return again.
