Haven?t had a whopper in a hell of a long time so I got one. See that?s the thing with Burger King, you don?t get it for awhile... but then you get that char broiled exhaust smoke coming through your car vents and in the moment you pause, look up and greetedby the king. This location was clean and staff was friendly. Also, they had free crowns on the table. I?d like to think they didthat personally for me, but it?s just custom here. I had a wonderful visit but an employee named Zander ambros made it one of the best. He read me the whole menu to me because I'm... blind. Couldn't ask for better service! But then when he brought out my food he hand fed me my double whopper with extra picklesand extra mustard along with my 20 peice nuggets. When I went to leave Zander then picked me up like a princes and he sang thesong "let it go" as he was carrying me to my car. By far one of the best visits I've had. Read more
We eat here every few weeks or so for the last couple years. Not sure what has happened, but they used to serve fresher food.... Recently the quality has declined and the food is cold, buns are stiff and have had incorrect orders, or missing items.Hopefully someone will see this and address the situation. UPDATE** We continued to give BK a chance at this location and ourreplacement Whopper had a hair 7 inches long that strung food particles when spit out. The food continues to be of very poorquality with hard cold buns and cool meat. We can no longer in good conscience, eat here. When you consider the price of fastfood now, something in the industry is failing and needs to be changed so we can get the quality we expect and pay for. UPDATE**Gave these guys yet another chance and the experience was even worse than all the previous times. Not only was the drive throughstaff bizarre, the food was horrible and we received a full refund at the window before we even left. This was the last straw,no attempts to get better have been made. Ordered breakfast online which stated to arrive before 10:30am (I did) no one in front of me at drive through. They told me to... wait when I got to the ordering station. No one came back onto the microphone until after 10:30 (after 8-10 minute wait) andthey immediately said they switched to lunch and couldn?t serve me what I had already paid for, also was very rude the wholetime including when telling me they could not refund my money. There is no wonder why every other fast food business in the areahas a long line yet this subpar joke of an establishment almost never has any customers. Read more
While the food was fine the restaurant was not. The women's bathroom was dirty. The staff was extremely rude. My friend and I... are both disabled. The guy making the food was overheard making fun of us because we have service animals. The comments madewere hurtful to us both. Read more
After waiting approximately 22 minutes to hopefully get 2 chicken Jr's and a 4 piece jalapeño cheese bites. I left. I've... counted 6 cars exactly get their food before I did, after I placed my order. Never coming back. Beyond disappointed. Read more
Drive through attendant didn't know what salads they offer and had to go ask. I guess they must not sell many salads at this... location. So I was worried it wouldn't be any good but it actually was. The staff was polite and the order was correct. Thedrive through windows seem a bit higher than most and for my car it was very noticable. Nothing was wrong or extraordinary justa pleasant as to be expected experience. I will visit again. Read more
Whopper was so good I forgot to take a before photo! So glad I stopped here for lunch. Service was a 10 - super courteous and... friendly! The building itself is in great shape and easily accessible from the main road. Interior is very clean, bright andcolorful. They had BK Crowns on the tables for the kiddos too! Read more
