Tried for the first time, So-Cal raised trying to find the best Mexican food in Madison. I tried the burritos Jalisco and my... fiancé had chori-polo. Both were delicious dishes. Nachos were D I S G U S T I N G. Meat was gray colored and cold. Sent the whole plate back and said I did not want them redone.... Server charged me for them, asked why, he said.." that's not my problem that's a kitchen problem, talk to the boss". "Boss" saidMaybe she doesn't order those again...? We were seated right away. They brought chips and salsa. We sat there waiting to order drinks, let alone dinner for over 10... minutes. Employees talking and doing whatever, but not serving anyone. We got up and left. Now we know why the parking lot wasempty in a Friday night. Read more
Stopped for dinner just after 6pm on a Wednesday evening, party of 2 and were seated promptly. Service was outstanding, beverage... order / chips/ salsa within minutes. Added an adult beverage later and it was terrific. Food was very tasty we ordered the pinaloca and special dinner combination. The service is always welcoming, accommodating and respectable. The employees are kind and friendly, which is one of the main... reasons that brings me back when I'm in the area. The food is consistently fresh. Cooked and portioned right. You get quite alot of food for the money. The menu offers a variety of choices.
