Reviews for McDonald's in Madison, OH
This Mcdonald needs to shut down. Sign says lobby opens at 8am, but their doors were locked. No signs were put up saying not... opening until 11am. My family knocked on the doors for a while and the workers saw us but didn't open or say anything. I calledand finally somebody answered and td me they don't open until 11am during to short staff. Prices are outrageous, over $8 for any sandwich all by itself, as a consumer we need to vote with our feet, the new Sheets... across the street will take all their business as it should be when you have unacceptable prices. Supply and demand very simple,and Mc-overpriced isn't the only supply on the block anymore. Read more
Service was quick, but the food was lukewarm, bread was hard, like it'd been kept too long. And remember when a trip to... McDonald's was relatively inexpensive? Staff did a great job, I was just blown away it was $40 for three people. Times havechanged for sure! Read more
Stood in line for several minutes waiting for service as employees walked past many times while desperately avoiding eye... contact, finally asked if anyone could help us, was told they?d ?prefer? if we use the automated kiosk. Honestly. As busy as they are and as much as they make they are still so expensive. 4 meals came out to $37! There?s no more... dollar menu food. Don?t think I will return with these prices. Burger King has better deals for breakfast and lunch. Read more

Ordered two hot pumpkin spice lattes. Gave us one and the other one was just coffee. Didn't give us any sauces that we requested... and gave us a half container of fries. Overpriced for poor customer service. Read more
