The stuff crust was good and hot. Brownies were excellent ????????
Friendly staff and great food. Was a bit slower service as a wait for what we ordered but overall nothing bad.
The breadsticks were hard and the wings that were suppose to be mild were bite your face off spicy.
Madison has many pizza options to choose from. I've tried them all. Pizza Hut has become my 'go to' pizzaria as they are... consistently good in the taste, value & service. Being able to order online for a later time for either pickup or delivery is aconvenient plus. Recommended. Read more
I ordered again, even though my previous experience was poor (see below). This time everything was great - on time, prepared... properly and tasted great. I am very hopeful that the first time I ordered was not typical. My rating went from a 2 to a 4. Iwill order from this Pizza Hut again. I was at the pick up window exactly on time; three staff walked past the drive throughwindow and never acknowledged me. Finally a staff person came over to help. The pizza had apparently been done for a while, asit was barely luke warm. To answer the question, do your job to get a better rating. Read more
I love being able to order online from beginning to end. We had stopped going to Pizza Hut for a long time. Recently we decided... to try it again and I must say, I?m glad we did and it has been very good every time. We really like the wings and pizza is likeit used to be?.which is a good thing. The service was very quick. We ordered and the bread sticks came within 10 minutes. I made it through 2 bread sticks and then... the pizza arrived. Other than bringing the food out, you did not see many employees. They were always hiding in the back. On thebright side, the soda fountain was accessible from the dining area. This was a very convenient bonus that most restaurants donot have. The salad bar was a little lacking. I did not order from it, but it didn't look to appetizing. The food was great. Sometimes hard to get a thin crust pizza perfect but this one was. The girl that took my money was friendly, smiling and said... thank you. Unfortunately I today's environment it's hard to find employees that seem to care but she seemed proud of her job. Read more
