One of the employees here is extremely racist. She very clearly treats customers and employees of color in a completely... different way than white customers and employees. She's audibly made disparaging comments about hispanic customers, and hasasked inappropriate and racist questions about people in mixed race relationships. All of this is knowledge to the assistingmanagement- and multiple complaints have been made- yet they have taken no action, nor have they made an attempt to report thisto general manager, or filled out the proper complaint forms. It's shocking to me to see that a company so focused onrelationships with customers would allow this to happen. Scooter's has stated multiples times that they "are proud of the people[they] work with." If I was a growing company supposedly based on family values, I would never be proud to employ someone who isopenly known to be racist. Read more
I love the taste of Scooter's coffee which is why I pay the money to get it. But it never fails that my order is wrong and my... order is super simple! Cold brew with oat milk and 1 pump of caramel.. Many times I have to re-say my order because when one ofthe girls reads it back to me it's wrong. Then when I can finally go to the window and they hand me my drink it's still wrong.It's getting frustrating! Read more
I am done going here. Every time I go through, I order the same thing, a Mocha with half the flavor. The mocha is way too sweet,... and today, my order was wrong. I previously have brought the coffee back and requested to have it made correctly several timesnow; I?m tired of it. I?m done. Update: this issue seems to be resolved. Love the breakfast sausage bagel/muffin. Its better than sb, or any of those ff chains. Surprisingly high level of quality. Oh,... the coffee is hand crafted, not automated. Its at a higher level than you know who. Read more
