With only 3 cars ahead of me. Drive thru is continously slow and hardly ever acknowledge you at the speaker to let u know one... way or the other that they are backed up, short staffed, or even care that you've been sitting there for 5 mins before they evensay hello. so after u finally place your order, you'd think for the wait food would be fresh and hot! no! ???? So disappointing. How ain't they not gonna have buns on a Sunday for the fish sandwiches they're promoting. Not yo mention it... took 35min to get thru to get my order which they messed up. Worst place in madison Read more
Best Captain D's chefs around are here! They were short staffed, I had a large order at a busy, busy time, and they still came... thru with my perfectly delicious order. There was a long line, but the wait was short. Read more
Employees were rude, food was not cooked fresh as the cashier said that it was. No ice for the customer in the dining area.... Asked for sweet tea got unsweetened tea, the girl took my cup, poured out the nasty tea, using the same cup, with her dirtyhands, gave me the same nasty tasting tea, set my cup and lid with the straw and laid it on the dirty counter. Did notacknowledge me in any way, never listened to me but talked to the girl working the drive thru because she didn't want to workand do her job, didn't know how to do her job. I went to this location after a busy day of work and was super excited and pumped to try the new spicy fish I specially asked... for all food to be fresh which I should of known that the total opposite is what was delivered to me as a former employee myselfworking for the company I?m pretty familiar on how the system works granted that a lot of the workers now have gotten lousy butthat?s no reason not to deliver quality fresh seafood The fish was so hard when I went to bite into it nothing but mush andcrumbs fell from it the cracklings at the bottom of the food tray were burnt and tasted like straight up grease and the pot thatthey cooked the fish in (old grease at that ) the sides were fries and okra the okra was still raw inside the fries were coldand old the kids meal chicken well the chicken was so old and hard the Mac n cheese was mushy let?s just say the only thing thatwas good was the drinks that we received which was totally disappointing because I wanted to really experience this hot fishthat has been advertised and it was trash and definitely nothing to brag about Its sad that I wasted my time but mostly I wastedmy hard earned money throw it all away throw the entire caption ds away as well never again signed disappointed dissatisfiedcustomer???? While the food was tasty it was excessively greasy. The service was great. The lady behind the counter was polite and... profession. Three good was ordered online and almost fine when I showed up to pick it up. It was hot and everything I asked forwas there. Read more
I guess southern hospitality didn't make it here. Website said closes at 9. Just before 8 one of the workers just walked... around the drive-thru using the international symbol of offing someone by drawing his hand across his neck to let everyone knowthey were deciding to close.
