Just once it would be nice if the order was correct. Ordered a market salad & got a spicy southwest type salad. Update: So now... we're back with our grandson a week later. My husband told the Chick-fil-A employee what happened last week. He orderedanother salad but did not receive any compensation. So much for the customer service level expected from Chick-fil-A. How long are we gonna deal with the cocky traffic director at this location? Grand opening was years ago, and therefore... everybody is very familiar with the traffic flow at this location. He's not even nice about it hes very demanding and and hemakes you speak to him. You are definitely going to roll your window down for him is the attitude he has. Everyone is so niceand chipper, what great customer service, and then you have THIS GUY. Once you finally get your food he will point to you andthen point straight out as if no one knows where to go from there. Please remind him that he is not a police officer, hes aChik fil A employee & HIS actions reflect the name of Chick-fil-A and everything that they stand for. Read more

Ordered grill spicy ckn and drink only got fries which I didn't order and a plain spicy crispy sandwich. Sent back and 30... minutes later got my sandwich. Food was good when I finally got it. To many kids running store didn't see any adults. Read more

I ordered online today and had my fiance pick it up. When he got in the drive thru which is always wrap around the building, he... stated he waitied 15 mins. When he got to the cashier he told them he has pick up for Gabrielle B. When he got the order, heimmediately called me and told me that didn't charge me for mac and cheese. I told him that's not our order because I don't eatfast food mac and cheese and he felt that order was odd because he knows I don't eat mac and cheese from a fast food restaurant.I screenshot my order to my fiance and he told me he was going in so they can correct the order. The manager on duty was thefirst person he inform about the incorrect order. He told her my name, and he corrected her, but she proceed to say Gabriel andhe corrected her again and she still didn't care she continued, "Where is the order for Gabriel." He stated that it took themalmost 20 minutes to get the order corrected. My fiance stated that he asked what was taking so long, because he sees everyonegetting their order but him. A lady worker said that she was going to make it, but she forgot so he had to get their attentionagain. When he asked that last time they couldn't find the order, so he had to show then my order. Some young lady proceed totake someone's food out of the bag and pass it off in my bag to make the order. Then, my fiance heard one of the male workerssay the "real Gabrielle" is in the drive thru. So, I'm not a real person? So I'm assuming it was another person with the samename that ordered online as well, but again am I not a real person because my fiance is picking up our food? In any event thiswas totally unprofessional and my fiance was told they was sorry after the fact instead of when he initially informed themanager of the wrong order. That man spent almost an hr just to be treated as he was invisible. Like every chick-fil-A the service is fast and efficient for the most part. Employees there aren?t as welcoming and seems like... they just kind of go through the motions. The layout of the parking lot and drive-thru is horrible. Always a cluster when tryingto get out. Read more

I asked the owner to explain to my children why he closed his playground and he said due to COVID. He said corporate gave him a... choice and he chooses fear. Time to get a new owner at this location. Don?t support businesses that keep COVID alive please. At some point we have to protect our children and open the world back up again. Read more

Chick-fil-A always has great customer service, but I would like to say a big thank you to Mr. Norman and Ms. Joann. My family... and I were grabbing a bite to eat and they went above and beyond.
