What a terrible experience. The food was cold. Not warm. Cold. The chips were stale. Like they had sat there since the day... before. There were no forks to use. I asked for one and the girl said I have to use a spoon. There were NO napkins. None. Noneof the tables were clean to eat on. There was trash on the floor everywhere. I am extremely disappointed because of the fact that, there are times that don't prepare enough food, and they just say that the... can't seem vegetables, some times they do not take cash, because they don't have change, the restrooms look horrendous and stinkbadly. And also they seem to train the new people to be extremely stingy with the amount of food that the put on the bowls. Theyput a lot of lettuce or old overcooked veggies, if the have any and very little meat. They make me feel always add been rippedoff my money. My wife and i went there for our first time today. She ordered a salad bowl and I ordered the steak burrito. Her salad was good... according to her ( that's the only reason I am giving 2 stars ) My burrito on the other hand want so good. The pinto beans couldhave been cooked longer The tortilla was rubbery and chewy ( very unappetizing ) The steak was dry The employee acted like I wasputting her out when i asked for a little more sour cream. Worst chipotle I?ve ever been to in my life. Multiple times my to-go order has been wrong. So this time, I decided to go wait in... line to make sure I got the right thing. When I got to the counter, they told me they didn?t have any black beans for a veggiebowl. I was confused because I had just seen the cook bring a HUGE new bowl of black beans to the to-go assembly line & also sawa HUGE bowl of black beans waiting on the grill behind him. I asked him if I could get some black beans from either of those 2bowls. He told me no, those were only for the to-go orders and that I could talk to the manager. I went to talk to the managerwho was running the to-go line. She REFUSED to look at the grill and see the second bowl of black beans on the grill that I waspointing out, and instead told me that was chicken. I gave up on that bowl of black beans and then asked If I could get a scoopof the brand new blank beans that had just been delivered to her assembly line seconds before. She told me no, those are are theonly ones we have for the day and that I could order through the app. DOES THAT MAKE ANY SENSE?!?!?!? Am I not also a payingcustomer that just waited in line for 10 minutes??? They will never ever receive my business again. I?m appalled that this wasthe MANAGERS response. The service here is TERRIBLE! When I came to the counter, the young lady did not even greet me, say hi, ask to take my order,... just stared. I began to give her my order and she continued to stare. One of my orders included pinto beans and the pinto beanslooked like literal rocks...dry brown rocks! I asked if another batch of beans would be available, she said, "No". I asked,"Can you ask someone in the kitchen?: Well she did, however, she just came back to the counter and continued with the deathstare. So I asked, if another batch of beans would be available, and she replied, "No, it'll be a while, so do you want thebeans or not?" I could go on and on. I spoke to the manager, and explained that his employee had a poor attitude and poorcustomer service, and at some point during my interaction, I even asked if she was ok, because she just kept staring at me andnot progressing the order.
