Menu for Racetrac in Madison, TN

There was an altercation Nov 18, 2022 as my husband and I stopped to get gas about 9p...the young guy on shift is unfriendly and... doesn't care about customer service. The line was outrageous as the young lady at the other counter kept saying 'she didn't careand didn't want to be there' and it showed. A young girl came in with a complaint about the gas pump not working. After she andthe young guy cursed each other out over the gas pump, she was leaving and she threw something at him barely missing. Thatlocation closes when they want and is a very unsafe and scary place to shop. The station is really needed but if you don't getsome employees who know how to behave the police are gonna get involved. That store is an accident waiting to happen, just likelast night. Wow! Was just there buying some lunch, and the lady checking me out picked up her cell phone mid transaction and walked away. ... It was obviously not a work call. But even if it was. There was no "hold on a second" or anything. Just walked away half waythrough ringing up my products and started having a full blown conversation on her phone. While I was left standing therewondering what to do next. Was about to walk out when a younger guy came up and finished ringing me up. Read more

The guys working were very nice, helpful, and even smiled. Ladies and gentlemen that is hard to find these days. Let's talk... about the store the store for that race track to be brand new the store was kind of disgusting the bathrooms are always closeddown I was taking a bus from rivergate to out to West Nashville today and the poor bus driver went in there to use the restroomand they wouldn't let him use the restroom and I felt so bad for him so I don't know what they need to do about that I just Idon't really like the layout of the story either it's just for a brand new store it just don't look brand new it looks like it'sbeen there 50 years seriously but like I said the guys were great customer service is awesome thumbs up and thanks for forputting a smile on some people's faces thanks guys. Been here five times in the last 7 days and each time the bathrooms are closed. There is no quality control on the food...it... sets under the heat lamps or on the roller grill until it's shriveled and hard...your afternoon girls seem to take sadisticpleasure in telling us old people that the bathrooms are closed...I'm done here...won't ever go in a racetrac again.
