There?s a reason they only have an average of 2.5 stars.!!! Here?s my contribution. Ordered 16 wings - received 8. Door Dash... app stated it would not refund the missing items. I called the store, they said DoorDash had to refund it and did not offer tosend out the missing wings, then put me on hold then hung up. Called DoorDash and was again told they would not refund themissing part of my order. This is theft. This is criminal and unacceptable. Somebody needs to take responsibility for messingup, instead they just pass the buck back and forth. Their wings aren't good enough to justify putting this much effort intogetting a refund for items I never received. Terrible customer service. Read more

This time my food was cold. Had to ask about my Margaritas because they hadn't been brought to my table
I figured this would be a ?safe? buy since I?ve had this in other states but this location is a no for me. The wings are... extremely fatty and squishy. Even the white meat. It reminds me of Tyson pre-cooked bagged wings. The meat doesn?t pull apartlike chicken normally would as it?s a bit translucent in color. The food was not good at all. The wings tasted like Tyson nuggets you buy from the grocery store. I could have done better... making them at home. I paid almost $40 for 22 nasty wings. I ordered 8 bone in wings smoked with parmesan I got 8 very overcooked hard wings I also ordered boneless wings as well They... were ok but curly fries with both order's were hard and old!! I had to go and find someone to come and help me and 2 otherguests that were there the place was very unorganized inside the chili's so I will definitely not be eating there again Read more
The smoked wings were some of the worst I've had. The boneless were not great. I would not recommend going here.
I asked for my wings to be fried hard they were not . The were under cooked even and the tasted raw . I had to air fry them at... home to get some type of satisfaction. Unacceptable especially for the amount I paid. Read more
