Just OK. If we are being honest and let's face it I got to be. This location in particular is not known for its service or a... high level of satisfaction. You sit for 20 minutes and we have even been forgotten about before. KFC has some great chickenand I particularly like the strips. Just be ready for a wait if you go to the Madison location. Food was good, fast and hot! It took me 30 min to get home and my meal was still warm! Dude at the window was very nice!

Was at work so I paid someone to go and pick up lunch for me at 1:15 it was a chicken bowl. The Chicken was so old and hard that... I couldn't eat it. Do not visit this location. I drove 15 mins here and arrived 30 minutes before closing only to find a car parked at the window... facing the wrong way and a younger girl tell me they?re closed. If you're not going to open the dining room that's fine we all understand staffing is an issue at the moment but please take... down the posted dining room hours and put the chairs up on the tables. Its very frustrating when you see lights on and tablesset up and the sign on the door says open but when you pull on the handle the door is locked and the employees inside look atyou like your some sort of aggravating child. They even go so far as to let the employees park next to the front entrance andtake there breaks at dining room tables so it really does look like there open. Rude... 12/3 Just had another terribleexperience at this absolute train wreck of a KFC. Figured I would give them another try since it's been a while but honestly ithas gotten even worse. 6pm on a Saturday night and myself and another guest (not with me) walk in to the dining room where weare immediately met with screams from a HUGE woman standing at the drive through window wearing a headset telling us we're notallowed in here and we have to go through the drive through. All the while there at least 8 children under the age of 6 runningrampant in the diningroom totally unsupervised. As soon as we left she ran over and locked the door behind us. I'll never goback.
