It's been awhile since I've last been to Olive Garden, but I have to say that I really enjoyed my experience tonight. We were... seated right away, which was a little surprising, but great. Our server, Lisa, attended to us right away. And she is the typeof server who put others to shame. She was nice, personable, great with the kids, and attentive without being intrusive. One ofthose rare servers with all of those traits. The timing of our food was awesome! Our appetizer came out quickly, then as soonas we were done with that, the salad came out. And after a couple of servings of salad and breadsticks, we sat back only for ourfood to promptly come out and be ready at that time. It's been a while since I've been at a restaurant so timely! It was sogreat tonight, that I had to write and say that I enjoyed my visit there and if we go back someday soon, I will definitely beasking for Lisa's area. Larry was our server and this human was sweeter than sweet! Very attentive, great with the refills, brought our food out right... away and was just a pleasure to talk to. Give this employee a raise y'all!! Seriously a top notch server! The food was great!Sorry most of my pictures were after we already started eating, we were starving. The pasta was perfectly cooked. I wasn't ahuge fan of the meatballs i got, but that is a personal taste bud thing, it just didnt have enough flavor for me. Breadsticks,salad and soup (we got minestrone) was superb. ???? The spinach artichoke dip was fantastic!! I wish there was a little more ofit for the price. My husband LOVED the Chicken Margherita entree. He cleaned his plate. We put ourselves on the wait listbefore we got there, we were seated without delay. I recommend calling ahead because i saw how busy they can get. All three ofthe hosts were delightful. The service was great and the food is consistent with what you know about Olive Garden. The ingredients are fresh, the taste is... pretty flavorful. I love that they are constantly trying new menu items despite being an older restaurant. The Dallas andbreadsticks are a classic. The new spicy Italian soup with greens and potatoes is very hearty. The fettuccine alfredo is skatunderseasoned in my opinion, no matter what location I'm at, but more cheese and a little salt go along way and keep it afavorite. Add broccoli and its even better. Hostess tonight was LESS than stellar, older woman, seemed grumpy (not only to us, but to each guest) as we waited in the... lobby. Food was very on-par for Olive Garden. My mother, who is a 78-yr-old senior, will only eat at Olive Garden orChili's..... tonight it was O.G. she ordered the Sharp Alfredo, I got the Stuffed Shells and some kind of Shrimp/ Onion / BellPepper appetizer, and we both had salad. Our server and food were great. The wait was long to get seated and to receive anything. Even just the starters, salad and... breadsticks, took Forever.
