Had to go to 2 Popeys. Myatt Dr I saw employee with long black hair to her waist, no hair net, no gloves. Preparing sandwich... with bare hands. Kept smoothing sauce or something on bun. Would not stop. Never saw her stop. A couple of times she turned &looked at me waiting; kept smoothing something on bun. Never stopped. I left!!!! Read more

Walk over to grab a bite to eat and the girl yells out the drive thru the lobby is closed. Why ? It's not because of COVID as... nobody working the drive thru were wearing a mask. It's 4pm your lobby should be open ! Read more
This place is a mess and manager should be fired. The front door is never unlocked cause they can't handle multi-tasking.... Everytime I have a dash here it always takes 20 minutes. I currently watched 5 people get they order from behind me and I'mworking while they aren't. So if you ever wonder why Dashers/contractors are hateful. The gentleman at the window was kind but after waiting for a half hour to be served I expected my food to be hot , my wings to... be a decent size and my biscuit with my meal because that's what I paid for. My wings are small, fries are few and there is nobiscuit. I'm very disappointed and I want a refund. Read more
Ordered an 8 piece meal for my freaking birthday and only got 7 pieces. I made a complaint and tried to get a full refund but... haven't heard anything back. Ghetto ahh restaurant. Plus I had to wait 15 minutes for them to cook it. Read more
