Didn?t receive ANY SAUCE. Not even a ranch for my fried pickles. Couldn?t eat them was to soft. Nothing fried about them. So now... I have dry chicken no sauce. They even left out my cookies (3). These restaurants don?t care . They have no control over theseapps/ delivery services outside of their company. Will never order again. No I don?t need free delivery on my next order , no Idon?t want a few dollars off my next order. Read more

Been to this Zaxby's twice both times got food I didn't order. Takes them twice the time it takes other Zaxby's to fill orders.... Also they must be saving money there menu board lights seem not to work. Or there to stupid or lazy to turn them on. I know myreview seems a little harsh. Staff is great! Lobby is closed! It's getting a little pricey "for me" ordered a specialty salad and wings and things, was asked... what kind of drink do you want? I ordered the new bacon pecan strawberry salad for mother and i. It was right at 10 bucks. Which is fine if it's made correctly.... Well these weren't. There was a palm size amount of lettuce in them and barely anything else. The chicken amount was so small!!I took them to the front and spoke with a manager. She never said a whole lot just chucked them in the trash and proceeded tothe back prep area. They made us two new ones that were fabulous. Which i greatly appreciated. Have been here a couple times seeing as I live in the area. The experience is the same every time. Customer service is SERIOUSLY... lacking here. It honestly seems like they are constantly understaffed, and mistakes are frequent. Today, and every other day westop for Zaxby?s, for example, not only did we sit parked in the drive thru line for 30 minutes, we were charged for extra ranchwithout receiving any extra ranch when we made it abundantly clear to the worker that we would like extra. This has happenedevery single time. That is too many times for one of the largest chicken fast food companies in America. The workers arenormally not friendly, and most of the time the food is lukewarm at best. If you?re looking for a quick stop for a chickenlunch, I would absolutely not choose Goodlettsville Zaxby?s. I'll start by saying we have had better from here, but this particular visit had to be noted. I order a $12 meal and ask for... Buffalo on my fingers and Sweet and spicy on the boneless wings. I get Buffalo boneless wings and nothing on my fingers. I'msure we will eat here again and ill update my review once I do if it's any better. Read more
