If you use the app its fast and you save money. They've kept me fed when I most needed it. Update. Upon reading other reviews... I've failed to understand how you all are making false accusations against the staff... They work very hard and it's constant.Barely anytime to think and feel let alone cater to all of your outlandish requirements and requests. It's McDonald's, you wantrestaurant quality service and attention???? Welllll, go to a private owned restaurant and stop harassing the staff with yourunrealistic expectations. It's a great place for a snack, the managers will take care of you if you treat them nicely. If youhave problems here im gonna be straight up. It's you not them. Find somewhere else to eat save your breath because nobody caresabout your menial negative opinion. I've been going to this location since March and have yet to have a problem. This is probably the worst McDonald's experience I had. I want to assume the man running the front was the manager and he needs... a major attitude adjustment. In the 20 minutes I was there waiting on my food I watched him yell over an older woman who justwanted mustard for her burger. Get an attitude after a woman had to come back 3 times because her order was wrong. Make a ruderemark to a gentleman and his son when he forgot to give them their milkshakes. Slam fryers around. And halfway throw my cup onthe counter because he didn't give me my drink and I asked. Not even hungry after I left. Thanks for making me waste my moneyMcDonald's. Update. I ended up eating my food and I regret it. I ate half of it before opening a burger to see just how filthymy food was. I already feel like I'm going to throw up. This is just unacceptable. Read more
This McD location is a convenient stop for us when traveling to Charlottesville every other week. The workers are not chipper... and the wait is ridiculous. The bathroom is worst than truck stop restrooms. I think this is our last visit. We'll stop at theLocust Grove location from now on... Read more

Just went through not too long ago, guy at the last window stared me down like I insulted his mother when I asked for a drink... carrier and didnt give me one, I'd like to hope he didnt hear me but that was awkward and aggressive for no reason. Also paidextra for the collectible flea market thing and did not receive them. Don't know what I did to earn that but thanks. Read more
Extremely busy. If you didn't use self checkout good luck getting your order taken. People were walking out because it was... taking so long. They appeared short staffed and focused on drive thru. Read more
Not only was the food bad so was the service. The lady at the window wasn?t friendly and didn?t want to talk to us, and the tea... we were given was sugar water (photo proof) we also ordered extra cheese on one of our sandwiches and they gave us a singleprice of cheese folded in half they also handed the wrong sandwich out the window usually I don?t write reviews but this wasbeyond unacceptable Read more
