This place was the best. Absolutely love the food and we had a great server (Javonte). Made our visit the best!
The good: The food was delicious and any issues with my meal were resolved without argument or debate. The restaurant was clean... and anyone who left after eating the staff quick to clean the area. The bad: The restaurant is severely understaffed and itseems anyone outside of the kitchen is in management. I've overheard "waiter" complaining to each other about working 14hr daysthe last few day. I believe this completely especially since I witnessed who I would assume is the manager seating people,answering phone calls, processing bill payments and working the bar. I didn't have the same person twice help me so I have noidea who I tip. I can obviously see these people are doing they're very best to serve everyone and provide a great experiencebut the service definitely suffers when there are only 4 people working the floor. The food: I placed my order and got my mealquite quickly actually, problem was the shrimp on my burban chicken and shrimp was cold. It took me waving my arms into the airto get someone's attention. I was hoping they would just take the shrimp or bring me some when the shrimp was made but they tookmy whole plate. I waited about 15min to have my meal returned but I cannot say it was not delicious when it arrived. I even hada few bites of my chicken beforehand and they brought me a whole new plate. Waitress was nice and friendly. Food (all you can eat wings) was ok and the drink was on the house. Caveats: 1. Only 3 staff in... the restaurant. So bear the speed for food making and services 2. Have to wait for seat because of short in service. Read more
I serious think this place will close soon. It was 12:30 pm We stood at the host station for a good 5 minutes before the... waitress showed us to a booth. We asked for a table that was by the door for one of our elderly guests. She told us that wedidnt need that one, we should have this booth on the other side. So. . We went to order and they seemed to be out ofeverything or forgot to remove it from the menu, as they don?t have it anymore. I understand restaurants get old, but this onehad leaks in the bathroom sink, to the point of it has become a steady stream, there was a mop & bucket sitting out in front ofthe bathrooms and the floor was damp. I haven?t been to Applebee?s in a few years, because they got rid of my favorite appetizer but I have to say the food was... tremendous! They had wonderful appetizers and the steak and shrimp I got was probably some of the best steak and shrimp I haveever had. Our server was very attentive and polite it was just a wonderful experience. Read more
If I could rate this 0 I would. We ordered our meal for dinner tonight. Applebees sold us two childrens milk that was open and... safety seal tampered with. Our food was subpar. Definitely would recommend you avoid ordering from here as apparently they donot follow safe nor hygenic food practices. Read more
I placed an order online for 2 burgers. They gave me 2 cheeseburgers instead. I don't eat cheese. Double check the order before... leaving the restaurant. Also they didn't give me a drink for one of my orders. Jacob wouldn't give me corporate number andwouldn't give a refund. I'm not paying for something that they messed up. He tried to give me a replacement but no one has timeto be driving back and forth. Save your time and money don't go here. Read more
Our server Jovante knew the menu like the back of his hand. He recommended the greatest hits on the menu and made sure we had... full drinks and full bellies! I don?t make it out of my house much but this experience gave me the confidence to eat out more.Such a gift, we will be back soon to enjoy all this place has to offer. The wings and ribs, just wow!
