Staff friendly enough (but take up to 5 minutes to come out from behind the kitchen counter to actually take your order). Asked... no less than 3 times throughout my order not to put sauce on my burger. The sauce was caked on my burger on both sides. Also,the wagyu burger tastes like lower quality meat significantly than McDonalds. Fries and shakes are still good though. Read more
Edit/Update: They say they're open till 10:00, but I'm here at 9:45 and they're acting like they're closed, even though there's... people in there and they see me. Trying to call the place just gets them to mess with the phone with a loud ringing sound, it'svery unprofessional. Arby's just lost a customer. Don't bother going after 9:00, they don't want to serve guests. (Earlier - Nolonger applies:) Good service. The Rib Sandwich was awesome, I wish it was a more permanent menu option. Also that there werestill more Arby's in Madison. Make sure you check your order if you get drive-through, they can forget sauce. No big, I justdrove around. The food is not good I was hoping to try the way waygu but didn't get a chance but I'm guessing its low quality Then again waygo... is supposed to be the best of the best I hope they bring it back so I can try to get my hands on it but that would be my onlyreason for eating arby's Read more
Dont come to arbys much but the classic roast beef sandwich 2 for $6 was ok for what it was worth. The horsey and arbys sauce... was good on it. The sandwich wasnt super fresh but wasnt bad. Read more
