Inside the restaurant has a lot to be desired, not at all a sit down restaurant. They do have a few tables but the places... overall gives off a lot of takeout Chinese restaurant vibes, so plan for take out basically. However, the food is fantastic. Definitely the best Tex Mex/Mexican I\'ve had in Madison thus far. Got the sampler meal, everything was well seasoned, nothingwas over powering, well balanced. Chicken was moist, not over-cooked, salsa has a good kick. Only complaint is things are abit greasy but that kind of comes with the territory. They did mess up our order and forgot our chips but gave us the salsa sodouble check things before leave. Definitely will be back again. Read more

I feel bad for giving only 3 stars but I did not have the best meal. It was my first time trying this location and I didn?t feel... it was worth $34 for the quesadilla and burrito. The quesadilla was huge but it was mainly filled with rice. Only a little bitof birria was in the burrito and really not that much in my quesadilla. Had there been more meat, the price could have beenworth it. She did mention there was a new chef, so maybe that was it? The counter server was very nice and with a tip it was$39. This place is amazing. All the food is so flavorful and the portions are huge. We got some burritos once when we were at flannel... Jack\'s and have been back three times in the last two weeks. People that work there are great - call directly rather thanordering through door dash if you want fresh hot food. Read more

We just had a phenomenal lunch here! We got the sampler platter with the spicy pork quesadilla, the Birria tacos, and ground... beef enchiladas. All three were absolutely delicious!
