We visit nearly every weekend. Excellent pastries, breads, donuts, etc. all well executed and made with care and love. The owner... obviously takes great pride in what she and her staff make and in her customers, chatting with them in line on most weekendmornings. My spouse is a Celiac and although she can no longer visit inside as the regular bakery is open air with the shoparea, they still make a great selection of gluten free items that are in a separate case and we?ve never had cross-contaminationissues. Such a wonderful selection of Vegan/Gluten Free baked goods. The gluten free donuts were eaten way to fast to take a picture... of. I made everyone wait for their cookies..lol. presentation of the shop was so gorgeous and you could see the bakersatwork. Please be away that there is only metered parking and other parking restrictions. Read more

I can?t say enough. Everything they make is absolutely delightful. My friend with me was hesitant about trying a sweet potato... doughnut. She said it was the best donut she?s ever had. The croissants are absolutely delicious also. I will be back to trymore. Read more
Placed an order for carry out for my birthday. Absolutely the best decision I?ve ever made. I can?t talk up the Cruffin anymore.... I?ve gone horse talking about this amazing pastry. Thee best thing I?ve ever tasted. The lemon flavor with raspberries. WOW!! Weordered a baguette, cookies, sweet potato donut, and AND!! the macaroons were amazing. Most delicious bakery in Madison! We were fortunate to have Bloom cake and cupcakes at our wedding! The bride is gluten-free,... and If you?ve been to Bloom, you know how delicious their baked goods are. (If you haven?t been to Bloom, you should go rightnow.) The staff was easy to work with and they provided us with a tasting box option to help narrow down the flavors we werelooking for. We served cupcakes for our guests: chocolate ganache, carrot cake and blueberry-lemon, all outrageously delicious,and our guests loved them. As for ourselves, we had a chocolate cake with buttercream frosting? and we made a point NOT to sharesomething this good. :-) Gluten-free or not, if you?re looking for the best cake in the Madison area, then look no further thanBloom.
