I wouldn't be surprise if this place closes soon. My tacos did not come with pico de Gallo, they had a spec of guacamole, and... spec of meat, and onion, I could rarely taste the meat. My family and I went here, it wasn't particularly busy or anything so we were seated relatively quickly. We then proceeded to... wait for 25 minutes for anyone to come take just a drink order but no one ever came. Ordered delivery to hotel - wings for myself and a hamburger for a kid. Wings are fine. Kids meal came without chocolate milk... and a burger came with cheese on it when I specifically ordered hamburger without cheese. I even called the restaurant after Iplaced an order online to make sure they don?t put cheese on it. Ticket attached to the bag with my food clearly states nocheese. I guess kitchen staff can?t read. I love this BDubs location. They?ve always hit the nail on the head in regards to my orders. I really love the fact that they... host UFC event, along with other sports. The hostesses didn't seem to be friendly. We felt as if were too much of a trouble for them. The server was great. We ordered 3... different flavors of wings but they were all dumped on one single tray rather than serving them separately. Not sure if thislocation is a place I would visit again. Read more
Unfortunately, they were really short staffed. We went and sat at the bar. The waitress was quick to help us, and very... nice. The wings came out before our appetizer (Dirty Dubs Tots), but we were ok with that. All the food tasted great! Read more
I?m disappointed this company has not taken steps to address the air vent above the check out counter. I don?t go there often... but this was there on my visits a few weeks ago and it was there today. I?m concerned if the front counter has this appearance,how do the vents in the cooking area look.
