It's so hard to put a review on high budget fast food joints that supposedly offer quality food(plus entertainment). Half the... time you get what your looking for, sub par wings for a decent price. On the other hand you get worse quality, your food slappedtogether with sauce squeezed from the bottle with no love and (chicken) tender care. Bottom line the experience is like a rollercoaster ride where your satisfaction will be a gamble depending on how drunk you are. Kudos to the hard working people at thislocation tho. I waited 1 hr fit my food and still didn?t get served, not even 1 cup of water. This is ridiculous. The waiter often served food... to wrong table and wasted another 10 ish minutes. There was only one waiter serving food and there whole restaurant wasextremely understaffed. Read more
Horrendous. Ordered delivery and not only did they take almost 2 hours to arrive, the food arrived overcook and also freezing -... the thermometer was in Celsius but that 77°F? Whatever they did with the coleslaw it was warmer than the wings and looked andtasted like it had been sat out in the sun for about 3 days. Read more
I ordered 15 wings and pretzels for take out tonight and received At least 5 wings that were barely larger than a quarter. I... counted all my wings and was baffled that those 5 and also one the size of a nickel counted toward my 15. Also received lessthan half a sauce cup of beer cheese. At its deepest it was maybe 1/3 an inch deep. While eating my wings I crunched onsomething uncomfy and proceeded to pull a bone out of my mouth and the wing. Good. Standard BWW food. New app based ordering system from you phone to your table... Took 2 minutes to figure out once we did... it was fine. Attractive, attentive waiting staff even though using app 90% of time. Read more
Ordered delivery through bww website-food arrived late and cold. Ordered onion rings and cheese curds which were inedible at... that point. Thw boxes had sauce all on the outside.. The chicken wrap had the wrong sauce on it and the dry rub wings weren'tspun so most didn't even have rub on them. We ordered drinks and carrots which we didn't get. Tried to contact the manager whowas conveniently out of the store and corporate basically just said sorry about that without making it right. Read more
I really don?t understand why there are so many drumsticks. Last time I ordered in this restaurant I had 8/12 drumsticks, this... time is 9/12( I already ate one). I think this is not a coincidence. Every other buffalo wings I tried, the ratio was about 1:1.I?m a little bit frustrated. I don?t like drumsticks that much. And since they only do take out, I couldn?t even realize ituntil I got home. * UPDATE after multiple phones calls of not being able to get a hold of someone, a person at BWW did answer the phone and got... ahold of doordash to deliver again with another order. Different driver but it made to me this time nearly 3 hours after weplaced the 1st order. BWW not answering phone and Doordash said they can?t help. Tried calling multiple times to talk to thestore and no one is answering. Doordash driver Lonnzo H dropped off the food somewhere, but it?s nowhere to be found by ourdoor. Read more
