I think a picture says it all. I offered to send this to them to prove they burned the dish, but was told I needed to drive... back to the restaurant because the cook said he didn?t burn it. Guess the cook knows best. Read more
Service was quick and friendly. Lunch options were adequate and inexpensive . . . and were good. The Veracruz Plate was... especially tasty. Tinga was a little tough but tasty and guacamole was generous and good. Read more
We have frequently dined at the West side for years, but the service has sadly deteriorated to the point we will no longer go... back. Tonight waited for over 30 minutes after places our order. I chased down our waiter and was told 5 minutes, twice. I wentto the register to pay for the chips and soda, and to cancel the order. Only then did the order show up. Over 35 minutes for anorder that used to take 10 minutes. There were only four other tables occupied. Three wait staff was busy chatting in theback. They no longer stop by the table and offer to refill sodas or chips, or to see if you need anything. The friendly servicewe used to enjoy is sadly gone. Used to be one of our favorite places, but this service pattern has become the normal for theWest side. East side service has always been great. Fitchburg location is pretty good. Food and menu are excellent, but theyseem to be overwhelmed with take out orders that the neglect dine in customers. Read more
I've been going to this restaurant for a while and feel like it has been going downhill. Last time we went we waited for about... 20 minutes after being seated to order, and the food took almost an hour to come out. Appetizer nachos came out with our dinnerand one order was missed entirely. Waiter checked on us maybe three times the whole stay. They weren't very busy at the time andI noticed there were several people waiting a long time for takeout/Doordash orders as well. Read more
I love this place! All the staff is really nice and the food is always exquisite. I came here like 5 times and tbh it?s the best... Mexican place I?ve been to. They play latin music, the walls are filled with Mexican art and the decorations are really nice. Ihighly recommend you try and support this place ?? Read more

We had the worst service, worst server and bad communication. We ordered Margaritas because they had aspecial... Instead of asking what size, he brought out the biggest drinks.
