The food tastes good. But inside the taco, there was a piece of plastic. Good thing it did not scrape my mouth.
Another poor experience, order rare steak ,get a medium, medium well. Ask for butter for my potato fully loaded, unknowingly... brought out me there's garlic butter, so much garlic it destroyed my potatoes and my broccoli. Read more

Staff were very nice. Ordered the spicy shrimp tacos and while they were tasty they weren't spicy at all. In the case of the... shrimp tacos, I could have gotten a way better tasting taco for cheaper from a small, local, place. Read more
UPDATED REVIEW- 09/21: Not the best place I?ve ever been, also not the worse. 3 adults and 2 kids we spent $80.36. My son had a... little insect with wings in his drink, she was very understanding and replaced it with a new one, but it grossed me out. Mynachos were pretty good, some of the best I?ve had in awhile, though the Queso was a little hotter than expected. My husband hadno complaints!! UPDATE 5/26/22: I am very disappointed in my deal tonight. I have higher expectations for Chili?s? and tonightthey let me down. For starters; I arrived at 8:04pm (I knew my food was going to be ready until 8:14-8:17) I decided to just sitand wait. However, the time got to be 8:24pm and I decided to go in and someone else arrived when I got there and they wait 5minutes before going in- I went in and my food was ready. They manager guy said sorry I didn?t bring it to your car. I don?thave enough workers. That?s okay? Further more I get home to eat? there aren?t any silverware or napkins in my bad, afterasking for it. My steak was horrible. It was really chewy and I wasn?t able to enjoy it. I don?t usually go to Chili?s, as I know there?s a limited amount of entrees to choose from that adhere to my dietary... restrictions, but I was in the area with friends and figured ?Eh, what the heck.? Lemme tell ya, I was NOT disappointed. Tostart with, all the staff was friendly and prompt, but our server was EXCEPTIONAL. I had a lot of stupid questions aboutvegetarian options, which she was not only receptive to, but also seemed generally concerned as to finding something that Icould not only eat, but also enjoy. In the end, she ended up putting in some custom fajitas with corn/broccoli instead of meatand they were so good! They also came with so many yummy fixings on the side. A couple of my friends got their old timerburger, with the exception of my one friend who enjoys their Big Mouth bites. No major complaints there, except for the tomatobeing a bit sparse on the old timers. My friend was, however, absolutely gushing over their Caesar salad side and finished it inabout two minutes flat (pictured below as extremely empty black bowl). Horrible service, waited 10 minutes to be seated and no one greeted us and so we took it upon ourselves to sit somewhere. Then... we waited and it took another 20 minutes for someone to notice us and give us menus and then another 10 minutes for a waitressto come and ask us if we were ready to order.
