New management needs help from corporate. All drink machines were down and they still can?t take cash after many months of... having this problem. Almost always have main ingredients missing or unavailable. Threw a heaping sloppy mess of sour crème onmy burrito. Certainly way more than the average person would want. It was all I could really taste and with the consistency ofthe burrito I couldn?t even eat it. Used to come here almost every day and it was great! Read more
I walked in to order 10 burrito bowls. The staff was making it obvious that they didn?t want to make a 10 burrito order and... started complaining and asking everybody if they can take a 10 burrito order. When the manager said it was no different thanhaving 10 customers asking for one burrito each, the staff reluctantly started getting the bowls. They fought me the entire timeand threw the bowls in the air when I told them they weren?t all identical. It got so bad that the manager had to step in and heactually made the order for me himself. He was great, but his staff is the reason I will never go to this location again andpossibly never go to a Chipotle again. I have never been treated so poorly for placing an order. Then when I gave them cash theykept the change and said they can?t give me change. The manager was the only one that stayed calm during all this, but theexperience overall was the worst I?ve ever had. If they told me it would take time I would?ve waited happily. Or if they saidthere was another way of doing things, I would?ve understood. They didn?t do that though and instead took it upon themselves tostart speaking poorly to me and about me to one another in front of me. Read more
Stopped by at 12:45 pm Sunday, August 14th 2022. Best I've ever seen a Chipotle run. Food was tasty and well portioned (no... skinny burritos, not exploding burritos), and the staff was moving the line as quick as I've ever seen. Awesome job. Read more
Ice machine was empty had to ask to be refilled. Lemonade drinks empty the staff did nothing to fix that issue. The store is... very dirty food all over the floor and tables left dirty not sanitized. I bet the food prepared is the same way. One of theworst Chipotle restaurants I have eaten in. The bathroom was scummy was not cleaned in weeks. I will never eat at this placeagain for fear I'll get sick from the food. Whoever owns this place better get it fixed or you will be out of business. Wouldn'tbother me a bit if it does. Read more

Ordered my food through mobile pickup. My promised time was 7p. I got it 30 minutes later. Ordered extra protein and a large... chip and guac and I?m fumid because you guys were greedy, I suppose. Definitely shouldn?t see the bottom of the bowl? Ispecifically go to chipotle because of the bowls and I have forgiven you guys time and time again. Our steak bowls were very tasty and filled with our desired ingredients. However, there were no forks. Nope. Not a one. Asked... for some and were told they only had spoons. Okay..... Not sure why our total for 2 steak bowls and 1 medium drink came to $34 &change......because I didn't get a receipt. Though not during a busy lunch rush, the checkout person seemed to have betterthings to do than be friendly or courteous. Good food, terrible service. We won't go back. Read more
