Colectivo is a cute little coffee shop right on the edge of the Wisconsin state capitol, providing a variety of reasonably... priced drinks and snacks in a friendly atmosphere. Good selections, some unique. Nice space, including large front patio. Also, an unusual "front sun-porch" space that can be open... air, but separated from main business by glass doors.
