I had the Ragu pasta. It tasted sweet - like dessert sweet. I didn't like it.

One of the best pasta meals I've had in town and from a food truck. This chef puts to shame the brick and mortars that charge... $15-$20 a plate. My pasta dish was $9 with the best focaccia I've had in Madison for a buck fifty more. $10.50 for one of thebetter meals I've had in my life and I had worked in fine dining for 15+ years of my life. This is, without question, the best pasta in Madison. A focused core menu that will never get old is supplemented by weekly... specials anyway. I wish it was available for more than just a weekday lunch because this really is an essential Madison eatery. Read more
