I have lived near this culvers for a while now and typically avoid it at all costs since there is always a Gigantic line(KEEP... READING!). Tonight the Cravings were too strong and I gave them a shot anyways. I counted and I had 14 cars ahead of me up tothe payment window NOT including people waiting for food and they still managed to get me through the line paid and food in handin 14 minutes. Everything I ordered was exactly as I expected and hope for as well. I cannot commend the employees at thislocation enough for how hard they must work to create turnaround times with a line like that. Keep up the good work! Read more
I love Culver's and this is my favorite one in Madison Wisconsin very professional very great customer service the food is... delicious and you get your food fast there isn't a long wait and if there is some cars they actually have people come out andhelp with the drive-through attendant and there are strawberry sundae is to die for Read more
It's fine I guess but yall keep forgetting to put cheesecake pieces in my cheesecake mixers. I only come there for curds and... cheesecake + whatever flavor mixer and 3 times THREE you have no out the cake pieces in and that's pretty lame.. Read more
Super inconsistent in quality and value. Ordered 2 identical dishes of custard, (same size, type etc) but this is what I got.... Over $7 later and they didn't even use the same size dish which is just confusing how that happened. Are sizes now up toemployee discretion? Unfortunately this is far from the first time this has happened to me either. So shell out a bunch ofmoney, it may or may not be worth it. Read more

I'm sorry overall they are great but after tonight I am very unhappy. placed a mobile and got there was there was not 1 spot to... park. I was boxed in trying to get into a spot reserved for pick up orders. And on to of that they need to limit the parking lottraffic. There was a standstill for 10 minutes and I get angry angry. I couldnt move forward or backward..Too many white peoplefor there culvers. Stop packing it like that at 6pm on a friday-sunday! But culvers needs to really find a solution to this... Read more
