Living nearby this is an easy option after a busy day, but the rate of order accuracy is 1 of every 5 at best. Often missing... burger toppings that add up $?.it?s customer theft and it clearly isn?t bothering management enough to improve on as I seeothers are experiencing the same thing. Will be going elsewhere more reliable despite likely being a further drive. Read more

I love Culver's, but this location struggles to get orders correct (almost every single time). I hope they're tracking the money... saved by not giving you what you paid for because it must have a non-zero effect on the books. Every time I have to park my car,head inside and negotiate with a manager in order to get the concrete's with my meal or the ranch with my tenders. This reviewis petty, I know, but after 9 years of going to this location it can't be attributed to incompetence, it must be systematicallydrilled into every employee to forget items in order to affect the bottom line. The cashier had a hearing disability, and I like the idea of equal opportunities, but if I had to specify my order 4 times to... get it correct and rasing my voice that causes others to look, it gets a mildly infuriating. The inside menu had basically nooptions compared to the drive thur, and the fries were soggy coming out. Read more
