I walked out the musty body odor was too much. No way! Health department might want to take a look over there!
New owners have done a great job at this location on Mineral Point Rd. The new owners always greet me when i come each week and... provide the best service. Other reviewers don't have a clue! See my other reviews and you will see i am objective and fair in myevaluations. Mobile orders are prepared fast and kept in a cooler until you arrive. We love the milk shakes, blizzards and thenew Frozen Misty. A Frozen Misty is half slushy and half soft serve vanilla ice cream blended together. We like the blueraspberry flavor. I had to have a cake made and delivered and the only way to get that was through UberEats... which made the transaction incredibly difficult but your staff really helped out to make sure his cake was personalized. Ordered a blizzard. The woman filling my order sneezed 4 times while making my blizzard. I kindly asked that another was made in... place of this one, apologized multiple times as I felt bad for asking them to make another. The older man at the register seemedgenuinely confused by what I was asking at 1st, and once he realized I was asking for a new ice cream because of the sneezing hebecame visually upset while making me a new one. He was mixing the ice cream so hard the front cover of the machine popped off.It was very unprofessional and made me feel very uncomfortable. I don't think it was too much to ask for a new blizzard whenCOVID is on the rise again and it's "sick" weather aka October in Wisconsin. I don't think I will head back there for a while.
