The short female manager there is rude and incompetent. I explicitly stated I did not want round my bill to the higher dollar... amount but she rung it up that way anyway and then blamed me. Then she refused to cancel and redo the transaction or refund methe donation amount I stated I did not to give. When I questioned her she immediately went into you are causing a scene I willcall the Police on you when I was neither yelling nor swearing. I just wanted the transaction corrected. She also refused togive me contact information when requested. A terrible upsetting abuse of a senior citizen. There are plenty of Sub shops in thearea, I will not be going back to this one ever again. Read more

Go to the one on Fish Hatchery as they actually honor their posted hours of operation. Had been coming to this one the past few... years, but no more. Hours posted online said until 8pm, hours on the door said 8pm, but there was also a handwritten sign thatsaid "Closing at 7:30 today, sorry for the inconvenience." I had arrived at 7:05 and the door was already locked with peoplestill eating inside. Today was also not the first time I've shown up within their posted hours only to find it closed. Read more

Google states that this location is open until 8pm. We arrived at 7:05 and they had a sign on their door saying they are closing... at 7:30, but the doors were already locked and the open sign turned off. I do not understand closing an hour early when therewere clearly at least 2 people still working in the restaurant and a group of people eating. Very disappointing andunprofessional. Read more

20 minute wait time. They gave our order to another customer who opened it, breathed on it and returned it as wrong. They tried... then to give it us. There were 4-5 workers behind the counter when we entered but when it got busy, 3 dissappeared into theback, including the manager, who was rather curt when we ordered. We could hear them talking and laughing back there as wewaited. The floor and workspace behind the counter were filthy. Really too bad as they have solid food. Read more

Wouldn?t recommend. Staff isn?t competent to get a sandwich order correct and not to mention you?re gonna stand in an empty... restaurant for ten minutes before anyone attempts to greet you and take ur order. Nearly Empty restaurant and it took themeasily twenty minutes to make two sandwiches. I worked in the industry so I saw they were doing prep work not online sandwichorders. I ordered an Italian which was by far the grossest Italian sub I?ve ever had. It was sweet. So sweet. Too sweet. Likesomeone pour sugar all over it. The honey ham ruins the whole sandwich. Italian subs are savory sandwiches. I wouldn?t recommendor come back. Which wich is going to put the out of business for sure. Read more

This location will steal donations to that fund of theirs when you say no. Then they rush through pushing the cash register... buttons incorrectly adding the donation you explicitly said you do not want added then they blame you and then say they cannotcancel a transaction and cannot refund you the overcharge amount. And if you dare question them without raising your voice orswearing they threaten to call the cops on you. A very rude incompetent obnoxious manger works there.
