I was in the area for work, found this place on Yelp and decided to get some breakfast there. I ordered the breakfast platter... with a side of pancakes. The food was decent with reasonable price. Only a handful of patrons there during that mid-morninghours. Read more

Our waitress, Julia, was so extremely friendly and accomodating! The food was great, and prices were a *bit* high (not... terrible), but I would say the food was well worth the price. My wife and I were very pleasantly surprised, wish we knew aboutthis place sooner! Read more

Excellent breakfast and cupcakes! They have great gluten-free options for breakfast - even for people with celiac like myself.... We had the steak hash, cinnamon strata, fruit, fresh OJ and coffee, and and a chocolate cake all for under $40. Spectacular! Read more

We have spent the last 4 days checking out all the "best of..." breakfast spots in Madison. Only ONE got a return trip: Daisy... Cafe & Cupcakery! The Apple Cinnamon Strata is quite possibly the best thing I have ever put in my mouth! A sumptuous crossbetween French toast and bread pudding is so delicious I couldn't even look at the rest of the menu. And the cupcakes are prettydarned good, too! Staff is friendly and attentive. Made us feel instantly at home. Will definitely hit this one again on areturn trip. Read more

My wife and I went here awhile ago to place a breakfast order to-go. When we got home, I checked the food because we ordered... food with runny eggs. The eggs were cooked perfectly and weren't broken during the drive home. The food tasted delicious. Weordered chorizo biscuits and gravy for my wife and I had Steak hash browns. The flavor was so good and I have been wanting to goback ever since. We also had a couple of cupcakes that were great too! Definitely stop here for breakfast or for some sweettreats! Read more

I had a great time at Daisy's with their delicious food and friendly service. I had previously heard wonderful things about... Daisy's from a friend and I am glad to have tried it today (on a Friday)! There were already quite a few people right at Daisy'sopening time (@11am) and it only got busier from there. It does have a parking lot but it is rather small, so I would highlyrecommend arriving early, especially during the weekend. Although, there is also some street parking. The menu had a largearray of breakfast and brunch items with many vegetarian options which was awesome to see. I had the Denver Strata, my husbandhad the chorizo burger, and my brother had the meatloaf. All of these dishes were wonderful comfort meals and I enjoyed eachdish (obviously I had to get a little taste of each!). The dishes were not over or under seasoned at all and the meals were wellportioned. I also purchased a few of their cupcakes (carrot cake, banana cream, mocha, lemon cherry) and they were delicious! My personal favorite was the carrot cake with it's beautiful fall spices and light cream cheese frosting. I would highlyrecommend giving the seasonal flavors a shot! Overall, my experience was a solid 5/5 and would love to come again to try theirother dishes! Read more

The staff was nice and the cupcake was great. I ordered two avocado, bacon sandwiches with two cups of soup. The sandwiches ... were really greasy and the avocado was way past its prime. The soup was good. But for $40 I think my money could have been spentbetter somewhere else. Read more
