Ordered kids food and 2 dinners. 2 year Olds food came 15 minutes before. Everyone knows the time span when you eat out with a... toddler. Ordered buttered noodles.gave us mac n cheese.she doesn't like Mac n cheese. NO refills on fountain drinks offered andno steak sauce or condiments for my 30 dollar steak. We really enjoyed the evening at Dave and Buster's, it was fun, food was good and the games and drinks were too. What was an... issue was that the waiter was too busy and was not able to bring us our orders in a timely manner. It would have been 5 starsotherwise. Read more
Gaming part of this place is great, almost everything was working and the kids had fun. Dining service is lacking even though... they were not busy I had to go to the manager to request napkins and refills. One dinner came out 20minutes before the other 3so one child was done eating before the rest of the food came out to the table. Will not be going back anytime soon. Read more
Big establishment.. Clean and open spaced. Can accommodate large groups with private areas. TV's everywhere.. Food is simple... and good. Don't expect to have a conversation in bar and game area..Very Loud!!! Had a great time for 1st time visiting.. Read more
We were there for a total of 2.5 hours. 2 of those hours were waiting. The other 30 mins was us eating. We waited forever for... the waiter (not his fault) they were super short staffed. Then we waited for the bartender (too busy doing 10 jobs becausethey're short staffed) we got our appetizer after 30 mins, it was ok...it LOOKED amazing, but was too overpowering from thePineapple/mango. It said it was spicy and it wasn't even "spicy" like black pepper. The menu super sucked because it was VERYlimited (we went there when they first opened and had a great amount of options compared to now) after the appetizer, it wasjust a fight to be able to even see my server (again, he was amazing, just short staffed). So much fun! Better than knuckleheads in the dells, and definitely cooler than taking your kids to Chucky Cheese. Great food!... The shrimp dip is a must order, drinks were delicious, even the kids slushes! The game choices are amazing, and unless you'relike my fiance and myself and crack out on coin dozer you get a lot of game play(and tickets) for your money! Read more
The top bun of my burger was completely missing. Edit: Changed my review from two to one star because upon submitting a comment... card I was informed that the delivery driver must have eaten the top bun. Despite the fact that we ordered through Dave andBusters' online ordering and not a third party. Can't make this up. ???? Read more
